Misleading listings and exremely poor customer complaint handling

Purchased some posters advertised as "vintage". What was delivered were reproductions. Contacted customer service, who refused to even acknowledge that they were misleading customers with their listings. I have been using the services of Kapruka since 2004, but this bad experience and complete lack of care for their customer will put a stop to my patronage. The customer service people there (Harsha Jayawardene and Mahesha Jayasena) need a lesson in marketing.

Exceptional Service…

Kapruka Worldwide Service provided excellent customer support for my two Cakes for a January 1st my Birthday. Communication was reliable and clear throughout the process. And the gifts cakes were delivered right on time. I truly appreciate the professional and care.

Continues bad experience

Purchased Lamprais to be delivered for lunch on new year's day. The delivery was dispatched at 10:47am although my house is only 5 minutes away from the Isipathana Mawatha branch and it arrived cold at 1:15pm. Although a request to make contact before delivery was made, no one ever called. To top that the restaurant delivered the rice in a box and no banana leaf. The concept of Lamprais is wrapping the rice and curries in banana leaf. I think Kapruka is going downhill over the years.

mpany was…worst

My experience with your company was excellent. But this time, it was extremely dissapointed. Your service got more than four and half hours to deliver my order. I placed my order very early ( 15/12/2025).
You should give priority to those who have placed the order in advance.
So, if this continues like this, i should go for another delivery option.
