lacking communication

My experience with this company is somewhat peculiar. In October 2021 I e-mail the company when I wonder about one of their products (Actigener lotion spray) which was completely discolored / contaminated. At first, it seemed like my complaint was being taken pretty seriously. I had to send pictures of the product, which I did. The pictures clearly shocked. I was asked not to use the discolored product, which of course I did not dare to do either. I am then asked if I receive their e-mails at all, which of course I have done, otherwise I can not answer them. Thats it. Since November 8, 2021, I have never heard from the company again. In my opinion, a somewhat strange and deficient follow-up.

Hello, good that we get in contact in this way. The email conversation was not smooth because as you know we got errors when we send you emails, but you received them (most of the time), sometime we did not get yours. We got a lot of contact about this product because we are very curious what was going on and you was the first/only one! We have a surpricebox with products for you standby since the first email to replace this single product because we feel sorry for you without any debt for us. But because we love service. After double checking the shipment details with an email we (also) heard nothing back. We have tried it twice.
