No possibility for return and refund

I contacted the seller to request a return for the items I purchased, as there were no clear instructions on the website about how to initiate the refund process. This seemed to be the only way to proceed. So far, I’ve only received a response asking why I wanted to return the items, which I answered, but I haven’t heard from them since. I also tried calling their customer service line, but the number listed on the website doesn’t work. I highly recommend avoiding this website unless you are 100% certain you’ll keep the product you ordered and trust that you’ll receive an original item. This company seems quite shady.

I ordered two products and recieved…

I ordered two products and recieved only one (and get also invoice for 3 pieces) dont understand what happend so I wrote email, Instagram message and try to call also multiple times. Till now I have no any response and no refund for product that I payed but didnt recieve.

Hope they will get it solved

Customer service is very disappointing

I had a bad experience with this company. 1) The product I received from them seems to be tampered with. What I bought is a box of Olaplex Traveling Stylist Kit. The reason I suspect its authenticity is because the QR codes on the product packaging were deliberately and manually removed. Not willing to take the risk of using a fake product so I decided to return it. And now it comes the second prolem. 2) you cannot just return a product to them by bring it to a post center. They have to arrange a pick-up to collect the package at your place on a certain day. And they cannot tell you when the package will be picked up. So you have to stay at your place on that day. After a few back and forth emails and coordinating and a lot of waiting, the product is finally picked up. And now it comes to the third problem. 3) The money is still not returned after 2 weeks since the product was picked-up. And they have not yet answered my email sent a few days ago about the refound.

PS: Three days later after posting the above text on Trustpilot, I got a call from them. They expained the product is the same as the original one although the packaging is not the same. I received the refound on the same day they called.

Top service, even if things don't go smoothly

Ordered goods (pomade) turned out to be slightly off, so without any discussion (only sent in a picture of the goods) the total order amount was refunded - no questions asked!
