Online study text and exam kit
I find it very inconvenient that Kaplan made the Study text and exam practice kit available only in digital form. I am experiencing issues with the BibliU app and am unable to download the material.
Also, after working all day in front of the screen, it would have been great to give my eyes a rest and study from a physical book.
I understand that these days pretty much everything is moving online but I find it makes my study experience much worse and would have preferred the option of the physical books.

My book hasn't arrived yet. It's been 2 weeks. To weeks where I had to use the online book, a tool that I don't like because the page is not a full one so I have to scroll down every now and then. I cannot print any page (EVEN THOUGH I PAID FOR THE BOOK) and still I am wasting precious time I could have used to study. Well done Kaplan (I am sarcastic).

Second time ordering books delay
Second time ordering books. They always get delivered really late, the website says 5-7 days for EU but it is almost 15 days and still have not received them. First time ordering was the same, delivery process really unpredictable and the website sets the wrong expectations of she to receive your books

Limited service
For me, its just outrageous that as part of the course, you only get access to the online books via BibliU which is really hit-and-miss. I ended up having to purchase the physical books separately (which used to be included!).
My company issued laptop didn't support BibliU and I do a lot of study after work in the office. When I raised it with the customer services team, they couldn't have cared less.
In addition to this, when I failed a paper and asked to speak to a tutor, the service just wasn't good. The help was very limited at best and I found myself having to seek support outside of Kaplan. That support alone made me realise that there are so many better providers out there. Effectively, for £1.5k, I'm just buying pre-recorded classes which can be found on YT.

I’ve been a Kaplan customer for several years and never had issues before, but my recent order was disappointing. Kaplan changed the provider to Evri. I was charged additional customs fees on delivery despite paying £35 for shipping, with no clear warning at checkout. The shipment documentation even indicated duties should be covered by the sender (DDP), yet I still had to pay. Customer support was unhelpful stating they can not reimburse and redirected me to the courier. This feels like a lack of transparency and poor handling of the issue.
