Everytime I have ordered from here, they have delivered in reasonable time. Once I had to cancel my order , it was suprisingly easy to do by using their own contact-form from their page.

The products have been mesured,collected And packed well. Once I had one product that was a little injured, maybe during the travel, or maybe the product was poor quality. Besides from that I have been allways pleased with my shoppings from this company.

I got wrong sample pieces in my last order, where I ordered also bigger amount of fabric and supplies. I had ordered so many sample pieces, that I paid 1 euro each 4 of them. I would have decide what I would order next time based on the sample pieces. I wrote feedback to customer service but they haven't answer me for 5 days now.

Fast delivery, everything as ordered! Though I have to deduct one star, because the sample patches were so tiny that it was almost impossible to see the patterns.

There was a quality (and size) problem in my order of leather soles. It was compensated in a prompt and a flexible way.

My order missed one zipper. I send e-mail about it but never got answer. I am very disappointed with the servise.

I gave 5 stars but I had to deduct one star by slow delivery times,,, and another star I had to deduct by how fast the products are gone after ordering samples. Spending money of delivering free 5 samples is frustrating after receiving them and checking if there is any fabric left. This happened to me more than 60-70% of the time. Additionally there is no tracking number of orders so you can't know where is the product going on. If these problems are fixed, I would like to be an honorable customer for long time, but for now I am considering for Chinese online shops by faster deliveries and more reasonable prices to EU countries.

Pros are obviously fast reaction time of messages in customer support, very pleasant webform and wide variety of fabrics. Of course there could be few more... But let's see.

I never got the samples I ordered andno one answered my emails.

Fast shipping. Products as described and in pictures. One fabric had flaws but i send pictures and got fully refunded. Excellent customer service! Fast and really friendly. This was my first order and I already made a new order.

Very pleased, wide variety, delivery is quite fast and I rarely have problems. The colors are sometimes deceiving but you can order few free samples. If facing problems it’s hard to get in touch with the support.

Good service and product. I ordered a french curve which is made from thin plastic but is perfectly fine. The cutting board was bigger than expected but just as order, so no complaints there. Finally the cutting wheel was fine and works well. Packing and delivery were great. I will be ordering again soon. Thanks.
