It is a definite 5 stars for me. Payment and invoicing went smoothly, everything arrived safely, driver was nice and was already in front of my new apartment ahead of time. Also, the customer service/support is very responsive. Would recommend it when you need a man with a (very big) van :)

Great price and great service - recommended
The whole process went really smoothly. Timing was as agreed and everything arrived safely. Other companies were charging so much more and made the customs part sound really difficult. Kanguro were super helpful and always responded immediately to any questions and with the company they recommend for customs everything was easy.
Would definitely recommend them.

Quick and Efficient Service
I can only recommend Kanguro Removals! It was my first time moving internationally, and every step of the move was made easy by Kanguro Removals. They are quick to respond online. Once you send the deposit and set the removal date, they contact you again on the day before removal to schedule a time. The driver was very friendly and helped carry the boxes to and from the van and kept me up-to-date on the timing of arrival, that was quicker than expected. Great service!
