Slow post
Posted my analyser on the Friday and got it back Wednesday afternoon. Most likely my fault for posting on the Friday.
I will try a different day next year.
That was my review as I had lost a few jobs waiting for my analyser. Kane have issued me a full refund without even asking for it. What else can I say fabulous responce from Kane…

Although we had the weekend which can cause some postal delays beyond our control, I have looked into this and can see there was in fact a delay in posting your analyser back to you.
We always endeavour to hold our hands up when we've made a mistake and this is one of those occasions, therefore a refund has been processed as part of our KANE CARE promise.

I’m extremely disappointed with the…
I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received when sending my Kane analyser away for calibration.
I was specifically told that the analyser would be returned by 13:30 the following day, and I relied on that guarantee when arranging my work. I dropped the analyser off on Friday, expecting it to be returned as promised. Unfortunately, it did not arrive back until Tuesday.
This caused me a significant problem as I had work booked in and was relying on having my analyser back on time. As a result, I lost work and income that I could otherwise have carried out.
If a next-day return service is guaranteed, customers should be able to rely on that commitment, particularly when the equipment is essential to carrying out their work.
I appreciate that delays can sometimes happen, but in this case I feel the service provided fell well below what I was promised. The delay had a direct financial impact on my business, and I would therefore give the service 1 star based on my experience.

Good service but very expensive
I would have given a 5 star review for service as the communication and speed of return was excellent.
However the cost of the service each year is now not far of 50% of the cost of a new machine which is ridiculous.
