Third time unlucky I guess!

I’d like to start by saying that I had previously bought two boxes from this company without an issue. This would have been my third box. I will however never be buying from them again after the horrendous service I have had from them.

I say would have been because over two weeks later the box has not been dispatched despite me messaging the company on their Instagram asking for an update. I first messaged just over a week after I made the order asking for an update as I hadn’t had an email telling of a dispatch. Their Instagram states that the dispatch is next day, so I thought waiting a week with no dispatch notification was enough for me to try for an update. I messaged to ask if it was to do with their website being down as I was looking for an update through there and hadn’t been able to so decided it was best to message them on their Instagram. They replied back with “sorry we’ve had a problem with the website and are trying to get that sorted” - no mention of my order. I then replied “ That’s okay :) does that effect orders going out? Just wondering when to expect my parcel is all :)” for them to say “we’ll arrange a refund tomorrow”. I haven’t got a refund and haven’t got a reply to my messages either, even though they are posting on their Instagram. The box I bought was a half price Christmas offer, I think that they had no intention of fulfilling the order from the instant they got the money for them. Seems like I’ve been scammed and I’m shocked at how they have treated me, especially when I am a third time customer. I would understand if they got more interest in their offer than they thought they would, but that’s something they should have limited from their side. I’m extremely shocked about being ignored and can see that some of the previous reviews have now come to light for me too. I won’t be purchasing from them again and will be going through my bank to get my refund because it seems they’re unwilling to give it back to me even though I have asked. I would not recommend them at all as there are other sites that are happier to deal with you as well as reply to messages. Do not buy from them.

Please don't get robbed like we have!

It is very clear that any positive reviews on here have been made by the company themselves (hence multiple on the same day). I ordered and paid for a box in November. I never received a shipping email and when I've tried speaking with the business regarding cancelling the order since it was clearly never going to be shipped, I've been blocked (on instagram and also from calling them).

They are an embarrassment of a "business" and I would advise anyone thinking about using them to utterly avoid!

such a lovely company! i would recommend to everyone, i would say they were a little bit horrible when i left a 4 star review but other than that such an amazing company and very professional

The hamper advertised looked better than the hamper I received. I do not think it was value for money.

They bullied me online and shared my personal data when i complained on my own instagram account

So sad about this. The mystery pack should be the majority of my complaint (completely unsatisfactory & misleading) but unfortunately it was the abuse ive received since complaining. Over email they DID say they would refund IF i sent back product first but i didnt trust them and i was right not to. They then said as a good will they would refund £3 but that still has not been recieved.
I went on my instagram and shared my story as a warning and tagged the company in, to keep it fair. They could have seeing the pics accepted they were misleading, apologised or tried to explain. Instead they and their fake accounts instead attacked me, one even saying i was fat and could do without the chocolate (its a weight loss account after all so what better way to try to hurt someone!)
He tried to say he is a pensioner but the director info online shows he was born in the 80s, linked him to his many fb pages and the other accounts that were then trolling me.

THEN i started getting nuisence text messages (national accident helpline and amazon gift card) then a couple of unknown callers at midnight and ive already had more this morning so now i have to take it further and legal as its either them or theyve breached my personal data. Such a shame because i didn't want to ruin a company or try to stop them running a business, just stop misleading and ripping people off. I dont like drama but i certainly wont sit back and let someone try to bully me so i suggest they stop with the calls and texts now before they get themselves in serious legal trouble.

Ordered the £50 box as a birthday treat…

Ordered the £50 box as a birthday treat for myself . Great box got loads of sweets in it gonna last me ages. Only down side was didn't recive any drinks in it even though I asked for some to be included .

Ordered a £25 mystery box which arrived within the time stated which was ace definitely more than I expected and the kids were made up too! I've ordered the big £49.99 box which should arrive by the 7th cant wait to get it! 100% recommend this company for you sweet tooth needs! Cant wait to try the Dr Pepper Berry!

Avoid this company

First off this is a 100% genuine review. Where do I start with this company, they are a joke. They didn’t send out my first order or apologise at any point, they just claimed it was “lost”. They are rude and I waited 3 weeks for an order that should take no longer a week. When it did arrive today they’re was barely anything in there, definitely not worth £30 for a “mystery box”. Complete rip off, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. If I could give 0 stars ⭐️ I would.

This is an unfair review. This mans parcel was lost. We asked can we wait to a specific day to see if it was definitely lost. It was lost. We sent a new one out, our packs are always of value! We definitely don’t rip people off. For further customers if you would like to view your pack before it leaves. Ask us by all means. We do our best and I think we do well for an old fella and his wife. This is verbal terrorism and the fact this man tried to obliterate our business at such a pressing time does show. For the record we did send 39 parcels out this day and we are glad we only have one negative review.

Poor

Poor communication, do not affiliate/get sponsorship boxes from these people, you end up putting your own money to it and then they decide to pull out of agreement leaving you forced to pay.

Didn’t ship next day like claimed, almost a week on and they still haven’t gave DPD the parcel.

Shocking.

Everything too expensive for what it is anyway.

Edit: I applied to be a influencer with my Cosplay Facebook page, for one so bit of an inaccurate reply. They then asked for my Instagram which is used for family photos now, hasn’t been used in years. My Instagram is not fake. It’s just inactive for use mainly for family to see photos of my children. @jodieevanity if you wanna check it out. If you message me on Instagram, I’ll show you that they’re just lying to make themselves look better now. As I sent them pictures of my post reach on Facebook.

Still wouldn’t recommend.

Response to this. This person wanted to be an influencer. We sent here a £20 free code. The customer decided to add more products on top. After the parcels were packed we figured out the customer had fake followers and 17 likes but with 17k followers. We decided to pull out of this promotion and then treat it as a normal order. WE ONLY DEAL WITH GENUINE INFLUENCERS!!! if we notice you are lying about reach etc. We will instantly withdraw from our side of the deal. Please come correct and honestly if you would like to promote our brands.
