Shocking back experience from the beginning . First , there was no confirmation of order . After multiple chase emails , the order has arrived . When I wished to return then order , I was advised it will be easier to get a partial refund . I agreed to this. The refund never arrived . I sent 7+ chase emails over the period of 2 weeks with no response or solution to my problem . This is a truly awful site ( products arrive from China by the way , not Europe ). Don’t shop here !

Materials and colors of the beachwear are very nice but sadly the size and cut don’t fit me.
The Support is very good. They help to find a good solution if the articles doesn’t fits you.

The support give me a refund without to resend the articles from Germany to the United States. That’s really great because the costs for resending are very expensive.

In my opinion the products are lower quality than they seem on the website. Nevertheless the service is fast and friendly. Make sure to only buy things you are sure to be wanting to keep because the cost for retour is payed by the customer. Service via E.Mail is friendly and fast.

This is the best brand, quality is outstanding. You won't be let down.

This company is worst scam ever!!! Do not order anything around it, same experience as previous people. I just want that they close my open bill at Klarna, and nothing happend. Send back in 30 days was not possible as never recieved DHL or other label as only support answer was trying to negotiate % of the order been pay back (automatic answer triggered) Unfortunatelly it is not possible to do attachment here, as I would be happy to share screenshot of my inbox showing how often I reached out to find some solution!
