When my order didn't fit I was some what heart broken. But the team was so quick to respond, really understanding, and went out of their way to make sure I was able to receive the right size. A really happy customer and would recommend them to anyone wanting swimwear. The quality is great, fast delivery, and great prices. Maybe just order a size larger then what you are.

The bikinis are beautiful and made well however, I needed to exchange my size and customer service was absolutely amazing. They super responsive and helpful - and gave me a discount for my next order! 5 star service!

Ships from China which was not clear when ordering, delivery dates are not realistic. I paid extra for express delivery and it gave me a latest possible delivery date of yesterday, but it only arrived in the country yesterday at half five in the afternoon. Order number KUK000015291

Ordered 4 bikinis. Sizing a little off so needed to exchange 2 and return one. No problem at all in fact they let me keep them all and sent two replacements no charge at all. Fantastic customer service. They quality of the bikini is excellent too. Thank you kamoni, have used you before and will definitely use you again and will also spread the word.

Good quality. Reasonable delivery time. Well packaged. As shown - vibrant and on the spot colors. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was that the sizing was off. I'm 5'7 @ 140 lbs. Bought the medium. The bottoms were a tiny bit too big and the top was more like a small than a medium.

I ordered several bikini sets and all but 2 fit perfectly when I received them. The quality was very good; much better than what I was expecting for the price! I contacted Customer Service about the 2 suits that didn’t fit, and they sent me 2 replacement items. I was told to keep the originals and it was suggested to donate them, which I plan to do. I had to pay a small shipping fee, but it was worth it as the replacement items also fit perfectly.

Wonderful bikini made of good quality materials. I bought two sets and got two as a gift plus a bikini top. One product was too small and I asked to exchange it for a bigger size. I got it for free with a promotional code for my next purchase. I highly recommend this brand.

I ordered five bikinis, The quality of the product was good, however, they just didn't suit me (I'm probably pickier than the average consumer, to be fair), so I wanted to return them. The return instructions are clear on the website- despite what other reviews say. I probably shouldn't have risked returning them internationally as it is pricey (and was told it would be more hassle than what it's worth, even by the post office) and then items got stuck in customs anyway. The customer service was still willing to work with me despite them not getting their product back.

wow! first let me say the customer service is great. if you have a problem or question they answer very quickly and correctly. the quality and look of the bikinis are very beautiful. I will also order my bikinis here in the future. Shipping doesn't take long at all either. I would say highly recommended!!
