I ordered a swimsuit that was too big and I emailed customer service to organise a smaller size. They responded super quickly and have sent out the new swimsuit to me straight away. Great customer service would definitely shop here again!!

Terrible company. I’ve been emailing them for a return of the bikinis and nothing. The sizes are unbelievably small. Don’t buy here. I just want my refund 🥹

Super fast delivery, the bikini is exactly as described and fits perfectly. The quality is better than I expected and it is lined so not see through when wet! Will definitely purchase again from Kamoni.

Don’t buy here! They state easy returns, but in reality they offer a measly 15% back of what you paid for their shoddy bikinis and they send form China and want you to return to America!!! There to small, not the right colour, the clasps are not fit for purpose. I could go on. Bad quality and bad sizes, STAY AWAY!!!

Great customer service. I was skeptical of the company but decided to chance it because prices were great. Everything arrived quickly except one suit that was back ordered and they offered a discount for the inconvenience. Suits are great and sizes are true to what I normally were.

This company I would avoid says easy return s this is not the case says you have to return to America at your own cost they don't supply returns labels tell you to keep items which is ridiculous as they are not suitable I tried customer service got one reply saying you can keep items or get 15 per cent off your order which you have paid for not heard anything since put in bin should be takin off site

I ordered a swimsuit for my wife but she didn’t like it as much as I thought. I emailed Kamoni and they have been nothing short of exceptional in handling the return and helping choosing a new swimsuit. Best customer service I’ve had in a long while

After receiving my contents, which did seem to take a while, they did not fit correctly. I needed to exchange for a larger size. Just one email to the service department and Blair immediately helped me out. All I needed was an exchange and the process was quick, simple and straightforward. I was able to keep my existing order, pay shipping for the new ones, and now I can play around with mixed sizes. Very happy!! Blair was extremely helpful and very responsive.

Fast, friendly and efficient customer service, Blair was able to assist me in my return and even though I was over the grace period I will still be receiving a new product, for just the shipping cost! Kamoni has good quality swimwear, that look just like the picture. I will be ordering again for summer vacation!

I've bought 4 bikini set from Kamoni and I'm really happy with quality, delivery and customer service. I saw so many bad reviews before buying, so I was unsure. After purchasing I can not recommend it enough, bikini are stylish, quality is good for the price and service was excellent. They arrive from HK so it takes around 10 days, but it's worth the wait. I wanted to return 1 of the 4 bikini and after contacting the CS they offer to send me a better size for free. Honestly I couldn't have hoped for me. Will buy again and will recommend them to friends and social media.
