Awful return experience and will not buy from them again

Item did not fit in the bust; you are unable to adjust the top at all. That was not a problem to me, it happens, especially as someone who has a large bust size but an otherwise small frame. But when I returned the item they said it was "unsellable" and they were unable to give me a full refund. I've never had this problem before and this is what makes me hesitant to buy from lesser-known companies online. Just thought I would warn other potential buyers.

returns are a nightmare

I needed to return two items that I had tried on once and put immediately back into the bag. I returned the items, and then after 2 weeks of not hearing anything I emailed them to follow up on my return and was told my items were worn (they had only been tried on) and that they were either going to refund me only part of the refund or allow me to get store credit. I didn't see the email until they emailed me again not even 24 hours later to say they had picked for me and would only give me a partial refund, and no store credit and they had already returned the credit to me.

Not receiving a response once my items were received requiring me to follow up, then being offered a refund that wasn't the full amount after I truly just tried these items on and then not even giving me 24 hours to respond before making a refund choice for me is incredibly poor customer service. I've been a Kamo fan for years, and I can guarantee this interaction will keep me from ordering from them again. I'm bummed - but there are plenty of active wear companies out there!

Fix shipping issues

I think this company makes quality material clothing. The sizing needs adjustments especially for the sports bras/tops for larger than B cup sized women. Main complaint is the shipping. I've never had an issue with other active wear brands and their shipping, whether they were a big company or small company. I don't live in a sketchy/ crime ridden neighborhood, so not sure what's up with their shipping issues. I've had two orders just not show up but I'll receive a delivery notification. Then the package mysteriously shows up a week- month later. The company responded basically saying once it ships then it's out of their hands... that's not a professional response for a company that needs customers to succeed. Fix your shipping problems

Excellent Customer Service

I had a few problems whilst purchasing items from the website. However, when I sent an email regarding the problem to kamo, they replied quite quickly and was able to help me resolve it. They were very helpful despite my countless questions. They even gave me a very helpful suggestion to my problem and was very communicative throughout the process. I appreciate all their help.

Phenomenal & pleasurable always

Pretty quick reply with phenomenal service. I am exclusive to their leggings, rave about them to everyone and continue to purchase here. Customer service like this also make it a no-brainer when it comes to shopping here because any and all assistance always exceeds expectations and for once I don’t dread having to contact anyone. They’re a pleasure.

Beautiful clothes but they don't ship…

Beautiful clothes but they don't ship to ANY european country? Why it's 2022, since when is there a problem with shipping to us? Aren't we worth it having active wear that is actually affordable?
