Sharp and Great Knives
I have ordered a lot of their knives and have been very pleased with them all. I even gave some of the knives to my sister-in-law and she was really pleased with them. They stay very sharp and I use them every day and I don't use just one knife but just about all of them.

I've had an overall excellent experience with this service. They provide quick and efficient replies to inquiries, which I really appreciated, and the delivery process is impressively swift. The product itself is of excellent quality—extremely sharp and well-crafted. The knives arrived packaged securely, although one of the knife boxes had a broken hinge upon arrival, which felt flimsy considering the value of the knives.
The website is user-friendly and easy to navigate, making the purchasing process straightforward. However, there is a notable downside—unexpected customs and shipping charges that arise after the purchase is completed. Unfortunately, these additional costs aren't communicated upfront, leaving customers with the dilemma of either paying them or risking not receiving their order. While the quality of service and product is commendable, clearer communication about hidden costs or a more transparent breakdown of charges would significantly enhance the overall customer experience.
