A special mention to Connor who has helped resolve problems, on a number of occasions, nothing is too much trouble. Thank you, your support and great service is very much appreciated.

worked here, never again. poor communication, 0 english. after working 3 months they didn t even paid my earned holiday.

Excellent customer service.
Took a photo of the very difficult to find guttering clip from my Mum’s conservatory and it was located to Kalsi Plastics. Spoke to various members of staff before being put through to Jas. Although my particular guttering was discontinued she managed to locate some spares and has kindly sent them to me in the post as a good will gesture. It’s really refreshing when the customer service is this good and the extra mile is surpassed and exceeded. Would highly recommend

Very poor communication... asked for a quote for windows 6 weeks ..still not recieved. Always excuses.

Absolutely appalling company. The owners seem to lack the necessary commitment and seriousness that one would expect when trading. They lack in professionalism, fail to prioritize customer satisfaction and act as if deadlines don't exist.

The staff is poorly trained at best but mostly just don't care, I guess. Disheartening.

I contacted Kalsi via their website with a technical inquiry, clearly Kalsi don’t have an internet policy because I had to ‘phone them three hours later to get an answer. Many companies’ internet policies now state that if the responsible employee doesn’t respond to an internet enquiry that employee will receive disciplinary action. Most business going forward will be internet based.

Now the best bit, I was told that the best course of action was to contact POLYPIPE! This would have meant an instant dismissal in many of the sales environments I’ve worked in, NEVER give business to a rival.
You are there to get as much money out of the customers wallet into the company bank account as you can.

This one review is not accurate in the slightest. The reception/phone staff are either extremely rude and sound severely uneducated and are beyond rude.

Good luck getting any kind of service from them. Unprofessional in every way. I wish there was a zero stars option.

Buy plastic fascias etc. The price is right and the staff at coventry branch are veryhelpfull.
