Website guidance paper?

Your team are very friendly and approachable. I did allocate a small proportion of my available investment funds to see how it pans out. Unfortunately all have plunged into the negative. But I appreciate it is a volatile market and hopefully will pick up.
Anyway, a great improvement is if you could supply supportive guidance to your website. It should be possible to provide a simple page or so explaining how to navigate the site and keep track of shares. I have made notes but sometimes I needed advice. I left messages via your web communications and no one responded. Obviously I need to contact either Nigel or Lisa in person and will do so in future.
Meanwhile look forward to working with you when the markets pick up.

In guiding me through the online resources subscribed to the representative involved (Drake) was thorough and mindful that I understood how to use the tools provided to the best effect.
