I never used the software and thought I had canceled it. When they charged me almost $200, I reached out and let them know I hadn't been using it and would like a refund for that payment, they said, "we can't give you a refund". I've never experienced this with a company, and it was disappointing. But then a representative from the company, Emman, reached out and said he would do whatever he could to issue the refund and ended up getting it processed. Although I don't agree with the general policy of not giving a refund when someone reaches out as soon as they've been charged and hasn't been using their account, I appreciate them making the exception and helping me out. Scammers. They charge you again AFTER cancelling then even with a request hours after charge they refuse even though you've been customer for year.
Bad clunky software, do a CANVA Ebook instead.

I really appreciate being able to reach support 24/7 - I don't work any type of traditional hours and it is so frustrating when I can't get support when I need it. I appreciated the step by step help as well as screenshots to help direct me.
I was very happy using Kajabi for quite a while before I upgraded to having a branded app with them. Since then there has been an issue with all of my google/android users being unable to access any videos on my app. I alerted Kajabi to this issue and it has been 3 weeks with no information on what the issue is, spotty communication, and no clear updates on timeline or progress of work on this issue. I am completely in the dark beyond being assured they are “working on it” and I’ve only received a response in communication when I’ve expressed my frustration. I’ve put a lot of work into developing what I offer within Kajabi to support my subscribers and I’m really struggling with the lack of care and support in handling this issue. It is leading to cancellations of my membership so in turn me losing money when I upgraded my membership with Kajabi and am paying them more to have the feature of my own branded app. I was pleased with hosting my courses on Kajabi before this, but after expanding to this degree and experiencing highly unsatisfactory customer service I am now looking for a different interface or app developer to work with to host my content on.
EDIT 9/8: even after leaving a review and emailing multiple times, the handling of this situation is still the exact same. While I can appreciate the polite demeanor of communication, I have been given no further updates or concrete information. What I’ve gathered is that they plan to look into the issue once they release a general app update which “could take a while”. So while half of my users are unable to access videos on the app, and I have members cancelling due to this, Kajabi support has not done anything to fix this for almost a full month.

I am a professional Web Developer. This is my 2nd time with Kajabi, trying to "simplify" my life and not have to build a project by-hand from the ground up. The first time I was with them, I spent $200/month for a year and a half, attempting to build a community that could not get off the ground because of the numerous bugs on their platform, the community not working effectively, and horrible customer service.
This is my 2nd time back and after spending several more hundreds of dollars over the past few months, I am finding the exact same issues: bugs, customer service pretending to help - escalating issues and promising to get back in touch, but never doing so, and lots of smoke and mirrors, lots of empty promises.
If you need a platform for courses, Kajabi works moderately well for that, but you can get that service a lot cheaper on several other platforms. However, if you are attempting to build a community, have your members communicate effectively with one another, record your weekly meetings and give access to your members, or put out a weekly newsletter, etc. KAJABI DOES NOT WORK! You have been warned. They will lie to you over and over and over and over and over again, while they stall and do absolutely nothing to resolve issues. They will gaslight you and tell you that the issues that you and your members experience do not exist, then they will claim that these are "known" issues and that they are looking into a fix (but they will never get back to you), then they will "escalate" over a dozen issues and never follow up with you over a single one of them.
Save your money, folks. Kajabi is a hot mess and it is a scam.

I didn't find the appropriate way to reach to sales team as I had few queries before buying Kajabi subscription .I didn't find the solution through AI Agent.After that I googled and searched for their support mail ,and then I sent them a mail .Within 4 hours they reverted back to me and informed me that they received a mail in wrong department and they have forwarded to the concerned department ,they also requested me to give them some time so that they can reach out to me .They issued a support ticket and by next day they finally addressed all the queries with proper explanation .I find the support quiet satisfactory.
I didn't register to this website. They seem to be mass registering people.

I personally love using kajabi. It has everything I need in one place. It’s making my life easier. It does take a bit to get used to but the support is like no other.
Key Issues I Experienced
Incorrect Billing: Charged $199 when I should have been on the $29 Parked Plan.
Refund Policy: Even though I followed Kajabi’s process, I was denied a refund and forced to accept a credit.
Inconsistent Credits: My credit balance shifted from –$127.55 to –$104.73, without clear explanation.
Confusing Communication: Different answers from different agents, despite having written confirmation in transcripts.
Final Thoughts
Kajabi is a powerful platform, but my experience with billing accuracy and refund policy has been disappointing. As a paying customer trying to grow my business, I expected straightforward handling of billing errors. Instead, I spent significant time chasing corrections that remain unresolved.
I hope Kajabi reviews its billing processes and refund practices to better support entrepreneurs who rely on the platform.
