Kajabi is a superstar! I know some people are put off my their pricing but when you look at what they offer, all rolled into one - it's WOW! And way cheaper than individual services (and who needs the headache of having so many moving parts in different places when you can have it all under one roof) - it's also waaaay cheaper than brick and mortar! An amazing product, and amazing company!
Really helpful on so many levels. The bot can answer most questions but it is also quick and easy to chat to a real person.
TERRIBLE COMPANY! So far so good I like it much better than all the other platforms and the customer service is very attentive!

We’ve run into a major challenge with tracking purchases when using Kajabi’s built-in upsell feature inside offers.
Currently, the Meta Pixel only detects one combined purchase (main offer + upsell) and cannot distinguish them as individual transactions. This leads to inaccurate reporting on ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), which is critical since we actively run ads to promote our courses.
We intentionally use the built-in upsell because of the smooth one-click customer experience it provides. When we switched to this setup, our upsell conversions significantly increased compared to when we directed customers to separate checkout pages. However, the tracking limitation makes it difficult to properly measure and scale our marketing efforts.
Our request:
Please implement a way to fire initiate checkout and purchase events specifically for upsells within the built-in upsell pages.
This would not only solve the data accuracy issue but also revolutionize Kajabi’s marketing capabilities, empowering creators like us to run smarter ad campaigns and scale with confidence.
Thank you for considering this important feature—we believe it would be a game-changer for all Kajabi users running paid traffic.

We have been Kajabi customers for 5 years on their top-tier plan. Recently, we received notice of a 25% increase in our subscription fees and when querying this with their support they abruptly told us that they "will not be providing special pricing or discounts" so we just need to accept a 25% price hike - that's a $960 increase on our annual plan!
Prospective customers should be aware that subscription costs may increase drastically over time, including for long-term users who have already integrated their business processes with the platform.

I've been using Kajabi for over 3 years, and the only problems I have is when Kajabi makes updates that either change the functionality of certain features, which is very frustrating because I can't just complete my work without spending several hours speaking to someone at Kajabi, or the features that I use for my business simply disappear, which is the case with the most recent update. I was told that Kajabi has never used SEO in their products. Since when? Since the most recent update. Also, the obsession with the use of AI has gotten out of hand. AI is STUPID, and only causes more problems than it corrects!! Furthermore, when an AI causes a problem, there are no humans at Kajabi who know how the system works to give adequate advice. Finally, It's obvious that Kajabi is moving to becoming an AI run service, saving money by letting go of the humans, so why is my monthly fee for using Kajabi going up 20%?

I haven't gotten the time to fully look at all the things Kajabi offers me. So to be able to just write and speak TO A PERSON, not AI, is amazing. They solve doubts, are super nice and help me fast and efficiently. I pay with joy!

He could immediately understand my issues and suggested to check up on a couple of things and led me to understand the issue and instructed me to solve my customers issues. It was quick and I was very satisfying. He was also patient to answer all of my questions precisely.
Catch class recordings haven't been working for a while. Kajabi customer service poor. A bot replied with suggestions that it was the community founder who was at fault. Founder says it's my device. Customer support took too long and a different person each time. Lots of people in the community have had problems.
