Simple design that gets the job done
The design is straightforward but works just fine. The simplicity of the menus and lack of extra animations is a bonus. Everything lags as little as possible on my phone. Deposits happen instantly and cashouts usually come in one or two days.

Support offers real help instead of just canned responses. I had a problem with delayed withdrawal and they explained it to me well. The mobile casino is great because they have instant deposits. They have good variety of games to choose from.
Worked normally from hotel wifi overseas
While working overseas at the hotel, the wifi worked fine. When I logged in from my business trip, everything worked as quickly as it would at home. Deposits went through, games loaded, no geo-restrictions or odd blocks.
I appreciate that deposits show up
Thank you for being so prompt in regards to deposits. It's nice to see them show up without delay. I also enjoy the range of games offered such as slots and table games. While I would prefer faster withdrawals, I at least appreciate that they come as promised. The mobile version of the site works well. I don't have to download anything to use it. Support chat is also good when you need it.
Slots selection is very limited
They probably have about 50 to 60 total, which is very small. Most other casinos have hundreds. After a few days, the lack of variety makes the selection boring.
Update made layout worse
The site updates last month made it harder to find things in the menu. Everything is way more inconvenient now because the buttons were all moved and the game lobby lost all of its category filters. The site now has unhelpful extra clicks and I also can’t find any of my saved favorites.
Filters dont work properly

Balance display is delayed
It takes a while for the balance to update after winning the game or depositing money. It can take 5 minutes to update. This makes you think about whether the transaction went through, creating confusion.
Responsible gaming tools broken
I tried setting a time limit for sessions in the responsible gaming section, but for some reason the setting won't save. Every time I log in, the limit is back to unlimited. I contacted support and they told me it's a known bug they're working on. I guess there's no way to use these tools right now.
Search function returns nothing
I attempted to search for certain games using the search bar, but they have zero results for even the popular slots I know they have. I have tried different spellings, partial names, and other combinations to no avail. The only method to find specific games is to browse the entire catalog.
Withdrawal held for reversal period
You can cancel your cash out, and reverse it back to your balance because their policy reverses it for 48 hours. I'm sure that this is just some way to keep you from changing your mind and just reversing it back to your balance so you can keep playing. It's an annoying policy.
I reached my goal with Karen
For the past 8 months I have worked with Karen from kaizen training, she got me through my SVQ level 3. Karen is amazing at what she does, I couldn’t have done it without her. I was reluctant to do this but she gave me the confidence to power through and even enjoyed doing it .

Kaizen made the experience great.
Kaizen made the experience a fast intensive but fun learning experience as I have autism they were able to adapt my working style by providing guides on how I should structure and giving constructive criticism where needed. I simply had the best instructor who had experience dealing with autism so knew the best ways to help me achieve the goal. I would not have succeeded without kaizen and it’s superb instructors.
