There are many untrustorthy engineer studios out there who try to overcharge you for unnecessary work. I approached Fahad with a question whether a wall in my summerhouse was load bearing, or not. He helped me promptly clearing my question and took the time to explain me everything which helped me saving costs in the end.
During the renovation we found out all of a sudden we were in need of a new roof, making it from flat to 45 degrees with extra floor. Fahad has immediately jumped on the task and delivered calculations we needed within 2 weeks in collaboration with our architect and the contractor. He is always available to answer any questions and is very flexible with level of support - we are super happy with the price and quality of work provided!
