Poor customer service. I was looking at puchasing solar lights supplied by this company. As they are supplied by various retailers, with conflicting / unclear information about garden use if it rains (pretty much a given in the UK summer) I asked the question direct to Kaemingk.
Their response was to talk to the retailer. It's a simple question and it amazes me they are not prepared to answer.
