Ordered a top that I saw on Instagram, thought I’d give it a try. Delivery time wasn’t actually terrible compared to others experiences but the top is poor quality, quite clearly the images on the site photoshopped to hell and back. Won’t be using the site again. Worth a try you win some you lose some. This was a loss!
Worst experience of on line shopping ever, beware! first there was no review your order, before I knew it the dress was ordered. They charged my credit card on September 24 the day it was ordered and I didn’t receive it until November 8! After all that waiting The cheapest dress I’ve ever received, thin material, very poorly made, looked, nothing like the dress shown, buyer beware
Love the clothes, need to be patient though because it does take quite a while to be shipped. Glad I waited bc they are super cute and comfy!
Was very disappointed with quality and material of dresses and amount of time - it took over a month to get my order and one of the dresses didn't come at all and I did get refunded for that. I had to send an email to inquire about my order - on three different occasions. Poor quality and thin material = not at all as pictured. Very unhappy customer
The ordering process was simple. The clothes are exactly as they are described. Beautiful material, well-made and reasonably priced. Of the 12 items I bought only one item was smaller than described. Everything else fit true to size. It does take a few days to a week to get a response from customer service. However, you always get a response and they are very helpful. My order took about two months to get to me. The shipping and tracking was not clear. I do understand we are in difficult times and it most likely had to do with the delivery service. I will definitely be buying from this company again. I have told all my friends to shop here as well.
I really liked the dress I purchased. My 1st time shopping on this site so I only bought 1 item to make sure sizing was correct. By the time I got the item I purchased, all the other things I liked were sold out. Limited runs? Shipping on 1 dress, less than a pound was $15, and took a while, not overnight or anything.
