I always book via the app for airport rides and have never had problems. They actually are a booking engine, working with existing cab companies, but they're competitive and always give a number to call for issues etc. Driver waits at the airport if your flight is delayed but always get in touch.

I had an amazing experience with Kabridge. The driver's responded on time which was highly appreciating. The application is very easy to install and you can easily access it on your finger tips. Drivers are very dedicated towards their job, they make sure that you reach your destination/arrival on time.

Poor experience with a cab booked through this app. Kabridge so far not been very helpful in handling the complaint. A manager is due to call me and I will update this review if an upgrade is then warranted.
UPDATE - Kabridge satisfactorily resolved the complaint against the cab company and demonstrated that they care about their customers who book through the app. Star rating therefore upgraded to 4 stars.
