Unfortunately we couldn't help you, because the carrier couldn't find your address twice.
We have explained this, but the response we received was very indecent. Therefore Kabels.nl decided to cancel the purchase and returned your money without any problems.

Good quality and good Customer Service
Bought a product with decent quality and packaging. I feel some of their items need better descriptions, but so far I have a good experience and would recommend them.
Update #1: In response to Kabels.nl contact, I do agree that is better to avoid unnecessary waste, but I was referring to the product description on the website, for example, based on the products I bought it was hard to understand the different locking mechanism in each cable, but since I checked the manufacturer's website, and there the information is also lacking. So, in this case, Kabels.nl is not at fault and I changed my review to 5 stars, for their participative Customer Service.

More and more brands are putting the manuals on their own website.
This is of course to prevent the use of unnecessary paper.
The products you have ordered do not come with a manual at all, because it is assumed that the use is clear.
I will bring this up as soon as we have an internal meeting, perhaps we can do better.
