It’s a good thing they are shutting down because they are an absolute scam. Won’t return the money left in my account.

Everyone is different, i like them. Taken the Man City offer to beat Wolves at 20/1, what a bet, massive winnings! Withdrawing okay too, money received the next day. Recommended.

Slow withdrawals and stupid bonus

I have to say, the bonus of £50 was the reason signed up. But after receiving the bonus of £50 (for depositing £100), I realized that unlike other betting sites, the money is not allowed to be used until your real money is gone. This seems a bit daft to be honest plus it runs out within 2 weeks.

But after using my bonus and rolling over the wagering amount I somehow won £350 off various bets.. lucky i know. But then when i tried to withdraw it they will not give me my money. Has been two weeks now, yet they took my money instantly. Have sent them all the documents which seems excessive and still no money. Avoid this site unless you plan on losing your money.

This is a shocking site save your money…

This is a shocking site save your money or use a main stream site that you trust to get your money out. I should have checked reviews on this site first, oh well you live and learn. I didn’t deposit a great deal but won on the sports several times and had several pending withdrawals over £100, I gave up waiting for them to send me my money in the end and just basically didn’t enjoy the experience and threw the money away too slow stay away.

Stay away, difficult verification process

I'd recommend staying away from K8 and choosing one of the many other bookmakers.

Their verification process is made as difficult as possible compared to other bookmakers, in my opinion this is to make withdrawing winngs as difficult as possible. I am a UK resident and most bookers are able to verify me without and documentation but when they do request documentation it's then a simple process, however K8 requested a Utility Bill, Passport, back and front of card (showing first 6 and last 4 digits, quite unsecure in my opinion) and that the front of my card is displayed on each of the documents. In the days of paperless statements and bills, I find this request rather frustrating, not only just it make the whole process very time consuming but also difficult for their customers. K8 will justify this as them just being extra vigilant, following anti corruption laws and wanting to protect their customers, I absolutely disagree with this arguement, if this was the case all other bookermakers would request this level of documentation, plus K8 could integrate with a third party such as CallCredit or Experian to carryout a debit/credit card check to see if the card is registered to the customer.

If you do wish to still join K8, then I'd recommend carrying out the verification process first before depositing money.

I have sadly been involved in being for…

I have sadly been involved in betting for 30 years. Just when you think the betting industry is finally starting to show some care in how it operates along comes a company like this. How can someone be allowed to deposit monies if the account goes into immediate suspense (you can bet but not withdraw) ? They do this so that checks are carried out ( which is fine if conducted before deposits are made). I attempted make withdrawals but as account was suspended I was not allowed to. I was assured it would only take 48 hours - so I requested a withdrawal straight after 48 hours and sent emails. Once again I was not allowed, I then gambled the money and would you believe it the account was verified after losing the money 74 hours later. The betting site is poor too on 4 occasions I was only allowed to bet once on a football game, I could not back up my bets. Worst bookmaker I have been involved with - savvy66

Not really worth using.

I opted to take a chance based on K8 having a global reputation and I always feel that companies with recognised sponsorship have money behind them. Ultimately I signed ip for a free bet , sign up is straight fwd min £10 .I only use sports book, much like the sign up the lay out is straight fwd to a point. The format needs working on, trying to filter through the various football leagues is tedious and could be done so much better. The free bet was credited immediately however u need to stake free bets at least evens and cant play on the same game as previous bets.I had to read through t &c's to find out what I was doing wrong as it stated insufficient funds when I was trying to bet on the same game I had lost on.Decent markets considering thier limitations and prices competitive. Free bets must be played through 6 times which is explained only after signing up and is a poor offer IMO.In summary , not the worst in terms of markets , free bets and prices but if u have used the likes of 365, skybet ect there is no comparison. PLEASE NOTE THERE ARE NO CASH OUTS AVAILABLE, which is hugely dissapointing and again well behind with market leaders. I have no experience of withdrawal so make no vouch for legitimacy but it was sub par it terms of being user friendly and not worth coming back.I closed my account on the same day I opened it which should say it all.
