First class company...
This company are first class.
2 years into buying an outdoor pull-up station, and I still hadn't installed it for various reasons, I finally came to installing this. When installing this, I found I was 3 square posts short, and had been sent 2 extra other dip bars by mistake instead. I contacted k-sport by email to see if there was anything that could be done, expecting to pay more as I'm probably out of warranty now, or at least, I would have thought I would have to send the other bars back... They didn't even bat an eye lid, just asked me what posts I was missing and the quantity I needed and for my address and two days later they arrived by tracked delivery at no extra cost or anything.
Absolute pleasure to do business with and very professional, they offer great quality products at a very reasonable price, I'd highly recommend this company and their first class service any day of the week!

Good service
Delivery was prompt but there were two long bolts missing KSport replied promptly to an email highlighting the issue and agreed to send bolts out in the post it was unfortunate that they took 10 days to arrive but we did receive them.

Great customer service
I had ordered a pull up bar for my son’s birthday but it only comes with 2 hooks. After getting in touch with K Sports they have kindly offered to send me the other 2 hooks needed. Excellent customer service.
