bundle spicy
Hello, I'm a bit disppointed with my order. I ordered the spicy bundle pack from your website and here attached to the mail what I received. I thought I would receive the ones that are showed on your website (attached also on the mail)
Some of the noodles I received aren't even spicy or marqued as spicy

Ramen arrived completely broken
It looks like two boxes of 10 curry sources moved a lot in the carton box. When I opened it, the noodles were everywhere and noodles arrived completely broken. Last time you packed them better.

Fast delivery and nice package. Took the surprise ramen box and 3 packs of samyang noodles.
Sadly i only received 1 pack of Samyang noodles, and there were nothing said regarding that (something to replace or money back).

Delivery was very quick. The bottles were protected perfectly and arrived in one piece.
Shelf life of products could be better
The Best Before Date of some products were overdue, and however I appreciate that they still are consumable, it affects the quality. Most of the other received products had a very short shelflife.
Such overdue and or products with short BBD should be labelled as such on the site, at least announced as such prior shipment, or sold through sites like Too Good To Go.
Note is that they have refunded for the overdue products, hence still the 3 stars.
Wrong order delivered, no response
I ordered the K-Ramen Asian Instant Noodle Box. About 1/3 of the box weren't instant noodles. The description on the website said the content may vary based on availability. Which I am completely fine with. However, the replaced items were snacks and drinks, not noodles. Which I do not want and it is not how it was advertised.
I've sent them an e-mail a while ago, but never received an answer.
Edit: after reading other reviews about expired goods, I checked and discovered expired goods as well.

Get a better delivery company than post NL. I have no idea where they put my order.
Expired Items, no communication, worst experience
I order from them and had the most terrible experience online shopping. First all the instant noodles are out of stock and they just refunded and not allowed me to cancel the order. When I got the rest of the items, 12 of them are expired at least 1 month or longer. I wrote to them and send them picture of the items and they never replied. I will never buy from them anymore.

Sells expired products
Købte en del ting, fordi mange var billige. Efter at have betalt fik jeg refunderet halvdelen af varerne, fordi de åbenbart var udsolgt. Resten af varerne har enten udløbsdato inden for få dage/uger, eller udløb for et par måneder siden.

Bought quite a lot of stuff, since there were some very cheap noodles. After completing the order, half was refunded though because they apparently was out of stock. The rest of the food items was mostly expired few months ago or within a few days or weeks from delivery.

I got several expired products and there was no warning displayed at the items on their online webshop at the time I ordered.
I sent K-Ramen an e-mail about this but there was no response from them.
I used to order frequently but now I won't order here anymore.
I recieved the products very quickly
Store is incapable of supplying DPD with correct address and phone number
A couple of months ago, I placed an order using the same account and address as always. However, DPD was unable to contact me because K-ramen not only provided the wrong address but also failed to pass my phone number to the courier. The delivery was significantly delayed as a result.
I contacted the store, provided them with the correct address, and they assured me it would not happen again. Yet, IT HAPPENED again with my very next order. Before placing the order, I was concerned they might mess it up again, so I triple-checked that all my details were entered correctly. Despite this, the order was delayed for almost a week.
When I finally received my order, I had a short chat with the courier, who informed me that this issue is a recurring problem with this store.

Reasonable prices but BBD is much too soon
Prices were good and shipping was also reasonable, everything arrived well packaged and secure. However, I purchased these items to give as a Christmas gift and all of the expiration dates/BBDs were before or on Christmas. I find this unacceptable, I purchased these items at the end of November, which meant that they only had a few weeks left on their BBD. One of the listings now has a lower price and displays a disclaimer that the BBD is "December 2024," but this was not present at the time of my order and I paid full price. I am very disappointed and will likely find somewhere else to order from in the future.
