I had some problems with the delivery…
I had some problems with the delivery of this order as the UPS changed their delivery procedures very recently. My order took nearly a month to come. This was not your company's fault. I contacted your firm and your representative Valentina Colo, wad always exceptionally prompt with her replies and keeping me informed of the order status. She was also very polite. As for the product, according to UPS, it should come in 2 days. Will let you know my opinion of the product when I use it.

Well made pouch
Product arrived today. A pouch you can hook onto your belt. Prompt delivery. Well packaged.
Good quality finish - zips work well, seams look well stitched and cleanly finished. Holds a fair amount of stuff with useful compartments.
I expect good use from it.
