This company is a scam. Avoid. Take your money and run. Phone line isn’t connected and emails go no where.

Paid for an IPad on 15 December and got an acknowledgment from a No Reply address from Xclusiv and the k-a.co.uk address. No replies to support on this site and a false phone number, supposedly Hemel Hempstead

found it on klarna. i’ve reported it to klarna and i pray i get my money back, scammed before christmas and i’m absolutely devastated.

I ordered a Sony camera from them. After waiting for a long time, I was sure that I had been deceived, since their team had been responding for a long time. Then I received a track about them, which showed that my parcel would arrive in 5 days. As a result, I got a great new camera with a big discount. I am very satisfied.

Scammers, you must avoid! Spent 300 quid on a new CPU as the price was great, waited around 3-5 working days for the order to be shipped, nothing came through. Tried sending an email, no response, tried calling their support line but didn't even connect. Scammers. Hope I get my money back...

Edit: Seems they're making fake accounts and writing fake reviews. Do not fall for this.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!! Another person scammed here, so upset, bought our son a VR headset, it hasn’t turned up….. after initially replying on emails, we felt confident in ordering…. now radio silence and no VR head set. Like others we were directed to the site, via a price comparison site. So so upsetting.

Awful, avoid, avoid, avoid.

Scummy scammers. I pray everyone get their money back and the people behind this company get their karma in abundance. In Jesus name. Amen.

Scammed £240 from an air fryer purchased i ve reported the website to the link below
Moving forward does anyone know the website to get a crime ref so i can visit my bank to get the money back as it was bought on a debit card

Scammed. As with all the other reviews for this company I was drawn into a Black Friday - CyberMonday deal. This was promoted by Pricerunner - don’t know why they continue to support/promote the company. Checked the company details before buying but it seems this was just a front.

Iv been scammed too. Klarna should not have this website listed as a store on their app. Absolute joke.

Same as others seemed to be scammed as I find this company xclusive through Klarna purchase the new Nintendo switch for 249£ and paid 166£ already. Queried it with Klarna and hoping they’re do something to get my money back as I used their service to purchase the item and surely they will have something in place to protect the customer. Fingers crossed as I’m not sure what to do to get my money back. This would have been a Xmas present for my boy and now I’m gutted that I now will not get the item and possibly losing money that I can’t just put down the drain essentially. So now I can’t afford to buy my son a lot of presents for Xmas. So upset as I’m writing this.

Been scammed, paid for iPad and heard nothing this site needs taking down immediately

Price-runner directed me to this site where the camera offers were far better than others. After trying to trace the company and discovering that the registered company has never heard of them and in fact have reported them to the authorities, I cancelled my order explaining all the information I had and they were a scam company. I received an email with no defence and that they will credit my credit card but it would take 14 working days. Enough to get them past Christmas!!!! I have started proceedings with my credit card company and also reported them to the authorities. Regrettably price-runner still allow them on tgheir site.

I have fallen fool of this rogue business, website k-a.co.uk but operating under a uk business name of Xclusiv Hemel Hempstead. Git stitched for a £284 canon camera [ Order #22069] (30/11/2022)
] which when I realised after payment it was based in China. Attempts to cancel and get a refund ignored, never had any replies and I suspect they also operate/collude with sf-express which appears to be a courier company in China.
The shipment tracking says the camera was delivered to the customer but I never received anything.
It's all a scam and havevto now go through a claim with my bank to get refunded from these crooks.
I will also report the uk base company entity to Trading Standards.

Scam site stay away. Ordered from this site and initially they seem genuine. even send a confirmation. then no contact and keep your money

'XCLUSIV' SCAM COMPANY - AVOID

I saw a Black Friday deal on Pricerunner for a DJI Mini 2 drone. Clicked the link through and it went to a site called 'xclusiv'

I purchased the drone for £439 and have been chasing delivery for weeks now. Nothings turned up. The phone line doesn't work and someone was replying via email and giving me now what I think is bogus tracking to throw me off.

The tracking didn't match up to Royal Mail and when questioned I was told it was a PostNL tracking number but it's not valid on PostNL either. When pushed I was sent a screenshot which turned out to be an sf-express tracking number which is showing that it's been 'delivered'.

This is clearly a scam site and pricerunner should not be directing people to it!

Clearly a classic SCAM ... Nikon camera price £500 cheaper than anywhere else and dodgy website name, always worth checking especially at Xmas!
And WHY is Trustpilot giving this 2.5 stars aggregate?...there are only ONE star reviews ... this is poor and misleading - TRUSTPILOT change your algorithm!
