My thoughts as an employee of this business.

1. The furniture, which arrives from Latvia every morning, comes in a dirty truck, that reekes of cigarettes and urine. Some workers are not gentle with the furniture: they kick it, step on it, and throw it. Such handling results in damaged packaging everyday, but is brushed off as not important. Some workers do not even try to patch up the damaged packaging, and instead, if the customer notices and makes a comment about the damage, they pretend they do not know where it came from.

2. The “Express Delivery” system is hated by all delivery workers.

3. The pay is pitiful. A month’s pay is barely enough to survive for a month.

I do not ever want to order anything from Jysk, now that I know what is going on inside. I do not recommend anyone to work at Jysk.

I purchased the table on March 18, 2023. In the process of fitting it, the screen pierced part of the plywood due to the low quality of the wood. I returned it to their office in Kristine Tallinn, but they told me they would not be able to replace it.
