I will never purchase another one of their products because they do not stand behind them. They say they have a 100% satisfaction guarantee, but I don't think they honor it since I have contacted them 7 times over the past 3 weeks, and they will not respond. The PreJYM caused me to vomit. I am a seasoned pre-workout user but something in this product didn't agree with me. I am totally fine with that and completely understand that not every product works for everyone. In my communications I even told them that I would be happy with exchanging it for protein. It is ridiculous that they state they have a 100% money back guarantee and won't even respond to an email, Messenger, Facebook post, and web form contact.

Every supplement I have tried has been great. I’m completely blown away by the quality of the powders (pre/post/protein). They mix flawlessly and the flavors are “mostly” amazing (I personally don’t care for Bombsicle, gave it away… and the Blue Arctic Freeze reminds me of the original NO Explode flavor, made me nearly puke every time I had to chug it) besides my personal biases against these flavors, the rest have been outstanding. SS8 fat burner is effective and works every time. I’m getting great gains and seeing results (now just to get disciplined on diet ;) )
