I am fuming!!

ORDER 1136, I am fuming!!! I paid for grillz march 2025 did the impression etc sent it off, I did not receive any updates, sent emails and messages they did not email back, very fraudulent and SCAM! Please do report this organisation, JXGRILLZ. They have also tried to change their domain name and transfer so they don’t get caught, please do report this as I have lost a lot of money!!!!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

This place is ab absolute scam, its actually disgusting. I ordered in July 2025, relieved my impressions kit, and sent back mid August. I had asked prior about how many days I was allowed as it was a birthday gift for my partner at beginning August and I wanted to have the impression kit by then. They said I had 90 days. We sent off the impression mould and they said we had done it incorrectly and that if we sent them the fee of a new mould they'd send us out a new impression kit. We never received the second impression kit. When we tried to contact them again, none of our emails were being responded to and the domain had changed. There was no way of contacting them. We disputed this with our bank and apparently they sent 'evidence' showing that we received our goods. This place is an absolute scam. If they tell you to dispute anything, they will show false evidence against you. Luckily I have screenshots, saved emails and pictures to send away to my bank to re open a case against this company. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING HES A SCAMMER I ordered a tooth of this guy tried to contact him on every platform even his phone number and nothing this was in June and now today in October he’s finally answered me and told me to call my bank and get them to sort it how disgusting do not order he is a scammer

If your order wasn’t completed, please contact your bank to request a refund. After a certain time period, our system automatically locks completed transactions, and due to our payment provider’s policies, we can’t process refunds directly once that window passes. That’s why we advised you to go through your bank — it’s the quickest and safest way to get your money back.

We are now based in Canvey Island, Essex, and we’ve been working hard to fix issues from earlier in the year and make sure things like this don’t happen again.

Again, we’re very sorry for the frustration — but please understand, we’ve given you the exact steps to sort the issue as easily as possible.

SCAM SCAM SCAM

SCAM SCAM SCAM. They take your money and stop responding via texts or emails. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM. Read reviews before purchasing. I purchased in desperation to have the grills for an event. I emailed and they confirmed it'll be ready in a 2 weeks. This was in July. We're in October and they have stopped responding. Find them by following the delivery address. They are in Brentwood, 8 CM13 LB.

AVOID JX GRILLZ ( changed their name)

Jx grillz or whatever they changed their name to are the biggest scammers ever. I have been waiting over 3 months, they stopped communication in July with me. So I raised a chargeback, the cheek of these animals to then challenge it despite still not shipping my item. KEEP them, I don’t want it. I warn future customers avoid these toads at all costs!

Absolute scam do not order!!!
I ordered 2 sets of grillz costing £259 in total back in early april, I was sent these moulds and then sent these back late may as I was away, I was then told they would have to resend a mould kit due to the time frame and haven’t heard anything back since after multiple emails! This company is a joke with no way contacting them other than email which they barely respond to it is a total scam and will be trying to get a refund as no product has been sent to me

SCAM DONT ORDER!!!

Waiting over 3 months for my order and, after painfully having to chase up everyday of the last month for an update on my
Order, they delivered a set of grillz that did not fit my tooth at all. They said I needed to use an adhesive to keep them on (this was not what was advertised and they failed to mention this during manufacturing), which I tried but it did not hold the grill in place for more than 30 seconds. Now I am trying to get this fixed as I spent 90 pounds for these, but they have stopped replying to my messages for months and blocked all Instagram comments, as there are many other people experiencing similar situations with them. DONT ORDER!!

Ordered months ago haven't recieved he…

Ordered months ago haven't recieved the grills and I'm constantly being ignored by customer service and when I do get a reply I get told a few days till mine sent out then no reply then for another month, this place is a scam the reviews that give it 5 must be fake because it isn't a active business if they can't reply to any texts, emails about placed orders but are more than happy to take new orders... ordered 5th July it's 8th September now.

NEVER ORDER FROM THIS AWFUL COMPANY

This is an awful company has made me wait for months for any response, consistently ignored my concerns and has not done anything to resolve or rectify the problem. I bought grills from them in early May and I received a mould from them on the 15th and since then I have not received my grills and been constantly ignored by customer service. I have emailed them multiple times over months, messages them over instagram multiple times over months, messaged their website help chat, and texted and called them which has resulted in them ignoring more and more. I get they’re cheaper than a most places but for the love of god NEVER ORDER FROM THEM. I am currently looking into making a claim with Small Claims Court as I am sick and tired of waiting.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

I placed order #1141 in early May and returned my moulds, which the company received on the 21st (tracked delivery). I was never told of any issue with them, and only after I chased for an update was I told the turnaround would be 2–6 weeks.

By the end of August, more than 3 months later, I still had no order. Once I complained and asked for a refund, all communication from the company stopped completely.

In the end, I had to go through my bank to get my money back, as the company themselves never refunded me.

After leaving a review about my experience, I was contacted directly on my personal mobile number (the one attached to my order) with a message claiming to be from their “legal department.” The message stated that my review could lead to “legal escalation” and that formal letters would be sent to my home address. This did not come from a law firm, but from a standard mobile number via iMessage with no signature or firm attached, I’m guessing to try and intimidate me?…right….

The fact that I had to go through my bank for a refund, and was then followed up with threatening messages instead of customer service, makes this a very negative experience overall. Based on what happened to me, I would strongly recommend going elsewhere.

FAO Hugo: I urge the company to check their customer service reps correspondence and review their staff, as this clearly isn’t a one off experience, seeing the other 1 star reviews. As a professional company, you should take this feedback seriously, instead of bullying people out of leaving the reveiw.

We have carefully investigated this claim and can confirm it is not accurate. Order #1141 was completed and dispatched in line with our usual process, and we hold proof of this. The individual behind this review has been contacted repeatedly and has failed to respond to our requests for further details. It is worth noting that their previous reviews were removed by Trustpilot for breaching hate speech guidelines, and this latest review again contains false and misleading claims. For these reasons, we believe this review goes against Trustpilot guidelines and does not reflect a genuine customer experience.

Stay far away useless company

Absolutely awful go do not use paid for a fast track around £70 just wasn’t applied to my order nor did I receive my original order customer service is useless and never responds unless it impacts their profit useless terrible company far better Grillz stores out there with faster deliveries, better customer service and will provide an actual product upon payment spoke to Hendrik Janse van Rensburg and he blatantly just lied to me about applying my fast track obviously it wasn’t applied or I would of received my product months ago order #1252 edit: seems consistent with every 1 star review that they have “processed” every order and have made an attempt to contact the customer clearly that’s a load of lies or I would have recieved my product or at the very least a message this is just a feeble attempt to get trust pilot remove their true reviews so they can drown them out with fake 1 star reviews I highly doubt this many people have recieved their product and decided to leave a fake 1 star review

The claims made here are false and do not match the records we hold in our system. We have repeatedly attempted to contact Mr. Dickson for clarification, but he has not responded to any of our messages. This suggests an attempt to run a false refund claim, rather than a genuine customer concern. As such, this review is misleading, inaccurate, and not representative of our company.
