Do not purchase from them

Bad customer service, can’t get a hold of them at all. They also randomly refunded my original order and recharged me MORE. My confirmation also refreshed with the new price AFTER I ordered it. No explanation at all. What a SCAM!!!! Unethical.

Scam and Worst place

Ordered a bag to wear for my birthday I have been fighting with them for a month to obtain the information of the bag they don’t know why the shipping was “delayed” and they don’t have an estimated time as to when I can receive my bag. The advise I contact Piggy ship another location for shipment over seas when a rep on the phone stated the same thing the package is somewhere in Nebraska and I live in NY I would never order from this place again and I’m still working on my refund

This business sucks!!!

This business sucks! The products do. I have been trying to return unused purses in their original packaging for 2 weeks now, but I have yet to hear back from their representatives. There’s no straight way to return their sh*t - you gotta email them and await for an email back where to send their merchandise. I have yet to receive an email back. There’s no customer service phone No. or any other way of contacting them. You can’t ship anything to the only address on the website. You have to wait for them to send you an address where to mail it back. I’m just so disgusted with their MO. Don’t waste your money!!!

Would give 0 star if possible!

Would give 0 star if possible! The bag was poor quality and not as described. Contacted company and even though I bought from the UK website I was given a USA address to return it at my own expense!!! So no guarantee I will see any refund and I will have lost the bag.
Disgraceful, and obviously not a UK company as advertised, seems it’s a Chinese scam. I will be taking legal advice to recover my money.
This has been written by me on behalf of a Ukrainian refugee living with us.

Thought it was a scam

Thought it was a scam. I pre-ordered a purse and gave up on receiving it after reading the reviews. I did communicate w them via email and they responded quickly. When I did receive it it was boxed beautifully and the purse itself (the dog purse) is sturdy and nicely crafted.

Ordered a purse for my birthday and it never arrived. They sent me fake tracking info and suggested to me “is it possible someone took the package without telling you?”- wtf is that supposed to mean? Stolen? I have no idea what happened to the package, all I know is I don’t have it. Customer service is incredibly rude thus far but I don’t plan on giving up until I either get a replacement or my money back. This company’s a joke. Save yourself the hassle and don’t buy from them.

I will NEVER order from this company again! My bag got delivered to the wrong address and I provided proof with pictures from what the delivery guy took which was clearly not my house and also attached a picture of my actual house. Never refunded me or anything. This company is a joke! Be aware!!!

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL!

Received my HANA bag several days ago, the cheapest material and unpresentable look! Absolutely has nothing to do with what they post on their website!
Disgusting customer service!!! They will do anything just not to refund you money. Terms & conditions section is vague and an absolute scam. Once you contact them on a refund, they will tell you that customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs for their packages to the US (even when it says on their website the address for returns is in Germany)!!! Absolute imbeciles and an incompetent company!
DON'T BUY FROM THEM!!!

Droppshippers!

They are totally a dropshippers that claims high quality, while they ship from China poor quality goods. Also they make it impossible to return, as you have to return them to the USA from Europe and pay the cost for the return which is extremely expensive. T&C section is totally scam. DONT BUY FROM JWPEI!!!

Great quality !

After reading bad reviews I was a bit afraid that my order won’t show up, but everything went smoothly and I received my parcel of two purses in 10 days from China to France.
Tracking number allowed me to follow every step on delivery.
Shockingly great quality of handbags! Decent eco leather , very nice design and seamstress job is great!
I am happy with my purchase! And for sure will order again in the future. Would love to share photos or product.

The worst service I’ve ever had

The worst service I’ve ever had. This is a company in China. NOT Los Angeles based as they claim. Emails are responded to at approximately two in the morning and you can not get a hold of anyone at all ever by phone or locally. Purchased a bag with a defective handle. They kept trying to tell me it was not defective, even though I sent photos and videos, as well as photos from the website, comparing what it was supposed to look like. It was not until I threatened legal action that I finally received a refund. Had a read these reviews before I purchased I would never ever ever ever ever have considered purchasing even a pair of socks from them.

Complete scam

Complete scam. Not only is the quality terrible and shipping takes forever but they make it impossible to return items. Their policy isn't clear online, their customer service isn't helpful and they do anything to keep from refunding you. I have never experienced anything like this before. They should not be allowed to operate as a business, they need to be shut down.

Terrible quality, terrible customer service.

I ordered a pair of trainers. They were plastic and super uncomfortable. I decided to return them. I contacted customer services. They sent me a link to look at their returns policy. That did not work, so I notified them. In the end, I found the address and shipped it back to them. It costs a lot to ship back to USA. Over a month on I have not received my refund. I couple of weeks ago I contacted them, and I just received feedback (it took 2 weeks). They said I did not follow the instructions and they could not give me a refund. There goes £130 down the drain. Terrible quality, terrible customer service. Do not order from this brand!

Unfair Return Policy

I pre ordered a pair of shoes in January to be shipped in April. I did receive the shoes on April 10th and they were WAY too small. I emailed the company the same day I received the shoes and they would not allow a return OR an exchange since I was past the date of the return policy. I think it’s rather unfair that since I pre ordered in January, I couldn’t then return the shoes even on the same day that I received them, in April. Now I’m out over $100 and left with shoes that are completely unwearable

Horrible

Horrible, I also ordered a bag that I never received. They claim that the delivery company delivered the package, while the delivery company stated that the package was sent back to the seller. I keep receiving message, such as check with your local carrier. While they are no using a local carrier such as USPS they use CLD Delivers in NY, which clearly doing something wrong. I am demanding my money back and they told me, I have to submit a lost claim, while the delivery company is claiming the package was send back to them. Full of Bu@@@ company we should all sue them

I‘m so disappointed

I‘m so disappointed, I bought a bag and boots. The boots had the strangest fit ever, even though I sized up, they didn’t fit at all. The bag was okay but the outer bags with zippers are fake, so way less storage than u think. Now the worst was the return. I have sent them back the shoes and they keep offering me, discounts and store credit instead of sending the money back. I am working now with paypal and they offered only to send back 99€ instead of 330€. This makes no sense at all. They got the shoes unworn back and really think 99€ is justified. Don’t buy there. They are scammers and don’t accept returns no matter what
