Jw.org and Jehovah’s Witnesses have helped me to understand the Bible more accurately. Jw.org is NO WAY unsafe. Some of the things the bible teaches is how to benefit yourself, your family and how to show love toward all.

John 8:32, Jesus said you would know the truth and the truth would set you free. How refreshing to learn bible truths for FREE. Just like Jesus and the first century christians, I appreciate how as a poor college student, they taught me what the bible teaches for free. I have been set free from false teachings. They took me right to the bible and let me see what the bible says, not some opinion. Learning how to make Christianity a way of life. So much hope in this hopeless world. The bible is the only book that tells men's past, present, and the future in a satisfying way. Thanks to Jehovah's witnesses I know in my heart I will see my brother again, who was shot and killed at the early age of 17. Thank you, the true God Jehovah, for your people, Jehovah's witnesses.

A horrible cult that lies about the true truth 👎

Jw.org is an excellent source of Bible education; a place where you can get all your Bible questions answered! I grew up in a church and was taught the Bible from a young age. However, I still had questions that were never answered and this website allows you to study at your own pace and I've learned so much. Ive never met such loving and caring people from all races and backgrounds! A couple years ago I attended an international convention with over 40,000 in attendance from many different countries and speaking over 40 different languages and yet everyone was kind and loving to each other, orderly and clean. This is a group I want to be a part of!

All these reviews are dumb right stupid. This is not a demonic cult or anything. This is a nice loving congregation which accepts all. They are not manipulative and we preach the truth.

First : This Religion Is Not A Cult At All Not Like Somebody Thinkin For, For The Reason They Experience A Lot Of Misleading Moral Attitudes From It's Followers. Well In Fact Everyone Of Us Commit Mistakes And Besides We Have Different Personalities And Equalities So Why We Have To Seek The Negativity Of People Intead Of It's Possitivity Sides? Nah We People Want The Truth About Everything But We Insist To Find The Negative Part Of People. And Second: Disfellowshipping Is Not About Giving You Such An Huge Punishment Of Your Life But Instead Their Almighty God Wants You To Woke Up About The Wrong/Bad Things You've Done And Makes You Realize That What You've Done Is Wrong So You Have To Change And Promise To Jehovah God That You Should'nt Do It Again. But Being Disfellowshipped Have An One Consequences Included Of It Is Not Having To Talk To You Of The Fellow JW's Except For The Family Members And Thats The Correction! Family Members And Congregation Elders Are Only Have The Right To Have Conversation To Those Have Disfellowshipped So That He/She Can't Be Discourage At All The Time And He/She Might Felt That He's Not Alone. But Whoever That Disfellowshipped That Never Ever Changed And Realized That He/She is Wrong Or He/She Didn't Commit The Mistakes Then We Can't Do To Execute To Judge Him/Her On What The Judgement He/She Would Receive Of Being Disobeying To God. Because Only Jehovah Knows The Details Of Heart Of Each One Of Us.

Having been brought up as a Jehovah's Witness from the age of 10, this cult was clever in giving false promises to manipulate my family. Imagine two girls aged 8 and 10, still believing in Santa, the Easter bunny, etc, having Christmas, birthdays, Easter, Halloween, etc taken away from them, replaced with boring manipulative meetings and preaching every day of the week, and then told not to go to university and forge a career for themselves. That was me and my sister, and still is many other children. Luckily we both escaped in our 20's after realising how damaging this cult was to our lives. We paid a price - we are both shunned completely and our parents don't even have anything to do with their grandchildren. For years after leaving we beat ourselves up emotionally, thinking our broken family was our fault, until we discovered the horrific truth behind this cult and the brainwashing we were under. We also learned of child abuse of thousands of kids that was covered up from its followers and the police. One person in particular was in our own congregation whilst we were children. We were very lucky to not be his victim. Our parents are still brainwashed and plough all their time and money into this dangerous cult.

This cult breaks up families and covers up child abuse, rape, and other heinous crimes. They are manipulative and lie about everything, they are not to be trusted!

High control doomsday cult group. I was 4th generation born into and when I left I've been shunned by lifelong friends and family. The rift in my family can never be repaired.

I was a member of this "religion" for many years. I got free, but have since realised that it is a cult and exercises complete control over the lives of it's members. It asks for money, constantly, and yet is selling off the places of "worship" which were built for free by it's members. Please stay away.

Completely ruined my life until the age of 40 when I left depressed and anxious due to the constant fear mongering at an impending Armageddon. This religion destroys the family unit through its cruel shunning policies and shatters peoples lives.

JW.org is a cult with a serious child abuse problem they brain wash people using undue influence and keep then in through fear. If you try to leave the shun you and separate you from friends and family.

Wish I could give 0 stars for my traumatized childhood waiting for Armageddon, and fearing garage sale finds were possessed by demons. When you’re in, you’re really in, but when you are out you are shunned. Even by your parents. Such a loving organization.

Do not be fooled by how nice the followers are. This is an organisation that is advocating the death of over 7 billion people at Armageddon because they are not JWS.

They shun family members who disobey the rules or leave the religion. Shunning is absolute shunning not just by family but you instantly lose all your friends.

They say they are a loving organisation, but it is totally conditional to obeying their rules

A cult that shuns family members that don’t want to be part of their cult and views, they protect pedophiles, they don’t enjoy celebrating a loved ones life, they say they are the only true religion and the elderly men that direct this cult have to be obeyed because if you don’t, you are going against God and their true representatives, they preach love and how they are true Christians, but don’t accept those who don’t want to be in their cult. The list goes on and on on how damaging this cult is. Nothing that has to do with love.
