I want to thank you for your advice with the Juwel application trouble I was having with. Your tech support person, Mr. Ronny Holz, was extremely helpful and I am glad he is in your staff. Keep up the great work.

(not so) Smart Cam

In September, for my Birthday, my wife bought me a (not so) Smart Cam for my aquarium. Wow what a load of expensive, pointless tat ! It’s not the easiest bit of kit to set - but I got there. Then, over the next three months I had to repeatedly reboot it, because it kept going off-line. Fed up I spoke to the retailer. They took it back and kept it on test for few days - worked perfectly they said - no refund. I brought it home, made sure my WiFi router was set correctly and reinstalled it. - pain in the arse to get going, but once again we got there. 24 hours later, it went offline again. Sick to death of the expensive gimmick that is frankly NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE. MY ADVICE - DONT BOTHER WASTING YOUR MONEY ON THIS RUBBISH !

As the product was purchased through a retailer, you do of course still have the option to contact your retailer again to discuss further steps, such as a replacement or another solution within their service and warranty process.

Ok firstly I need to point out this is…

Ok firstly I need to point out this is second review I’ve written about Juwel.
I had to delete the first, as I was so infuriated by their response.
I bought my third Juwel aquarium a few months ago to rehouse growing clown loaches, within days of setting up, the pump started to make strange and extremely annoying noises. I contacted Juwel’s uk helpline for advice and was given absolutely no help whatsoever. The bloke there told me there was nothing he could do, and indeed he ignored my calls the following days. Eventually I was forced to buy a new pump, weeks after spending hundreds on new set up.
Then when I wrote review of my experience on here, the bloke from uk helpline suddenly claimed he wanted to get situation sorted. This of course angered me as I gave him ample opportunity to rectify problem, he declined and stated he could do nothing.
Then I was told someone from German hq would call me, after waiting days I emailed him and told them not to bother as I was ill and fed up of waiting for call.
Do not trust this company, they are lying and deceitful, particularly uk helpline.

Quick and good service

I was missing the feet under the cabinet for my Juwel Rio 240 aquarium. So I asked if I good by them from Juwel because I could not find them anywhere else. They quickly responded that they would send these feet to me totally free of charge. Juwel thank you for this very good service.

Amazing customer service

I had a problem with the rubber o ring on my internal filter, I contacted juwel and within a couple of days received a new part. Amazing customer service

Extremely fast delivery

I ordered a new flap set for my new rio 350 aquarium (I needed new flaps as I could add my old light unit). Wednesday at 09:15 and the next day at 17:00 the package arrived at my doorstep. I have never experienced such a fast delivery from Germany to Denmark.
