It was transparent

It was transparent. There was no delay, really good experience. Maybe just make it more intuitive, such that if I'm not confused at any point or have to ask someone what to choose. maybe add an info icon to certain field that can be confusing, so it explain as you hover on it.

Completely recommended

I’ve used Juuli for about a year now, the invoicing system works with ease and my payments so far were concluded without any issues. The customer service team is incredibly helpful, and the website itself sends me all the necessary notifications regarding the status of my payments!

I was suspicious about this company for…

I was suspicious about this company for many reasons , first they use stripe for credit card payments and wise account for receiving bank transfer which i doubt that both wise and stripe will accept their type of business, moreover this company is a Turkish based company which they have never mentioned. they have fake accounts on reddit promoting their business and their reviews on trustpilot are looking suspicious. i decided to give it a try but i wasn't expecting it be working anyway after my employer paid the invoice they closed my account saying that misinformation between employer details i provided which i assume his residential address on the invoice that i created myself is different from his billing address on card that he used. what a dumb reason is this? you can never know which card your employer will use and what billing address he has on his card. If you are a freelancer you can signup on stripe and wise yourself! Why do you have to go through a third party?
