Post 'sale' service absolutely awful. First used them personally for our wills, took a couple of goes for them to be correct, but we weren't going to fall out with anyone for a few admin errors .. so foolishly I still recommended their services for some work for elderly relatives. Big mistake. Updates and communication practically none existent unless you phone them (over two years and the work is still not concluded) delays are just blamed on external organisations. Zero customer empathy or care from their office.

The personal service was extremely sensitive and helpful. We were kept fully informed of the process and both our options and the implications of those choices so we were quickly able to make informed decisions.

Couldn’t even be bothered to print my name correctly on the front page of the will. As You haven’t managed to type my name out correctly in this e-mail. The name is MacGregor not Macgregor. It has a capital letter after Mac in the same way as MacDonald, MacInnes, MacIntosh, MacLean. When I pointed this out to your representative that the last thinks my family will see when dealing with my final will is my family name written incorrectly. The ignorance and arrogance of your representative saying “well the letters are right, so it doesn’t really matter, it’s still legal”. That isn’t really the point. The surname is printed on the front page of the will by people who were happy to take my money but too lazy and ignorant to make sure what they were doing was correct. When I asked if it could be rectified as I’m not happy with it, the answer was, “I don’t think they will change it as the letters are right even if it isn’t written as you want it”. As I want it !!!! You mean my name, written as it should be. Is that really too much to ask. Most children could have written it correctly. Just a quick look on the internet would have shown you how to write it correctly. I take great pride in my name and my history, to have it written incorrectly is insulting and disrespectful.
As an update to my original review I received a phone call from a Mr Andy Price, Sales Director of the company who was very understanding and apologetic and who understood that the basics of a legal document is to get the clients name correct on the official paperwork. He came across as very professional and genuine and promised me this should not have happened and he had spoken to the original representative to say if the names are not written correctly or the client is not happy with something then it is the companies responsibility to ensure it is corrected and the client is happy. Two days after the phone call with Mr Price the wills were corrected and put through my letter box and a beautiful box of flowers had also been left. This was a very nice touch. Thank you Mr Price from a now very happy customer.

Jane was amazing and very patient, she explained everything in simple terms and allowed us to make the decision on what was right for us.

Having started the journey with Richard on behalf of my Husband and I in 2021 to obtain documentation not required whilst living in France for the previous 20 years ie: Trusts/ PofA/ Wills/ regrettably it ground to a halt when my Husband died unexpectedly! We had everything completed from, mirror wills, Power of Attorney, and trust funds all set up with several home visits from Richard. I know for a lower price all this can be done on line or over the phone, but I would recommend Just Wills and Legal Services, as it just gave us that added air of confidence and security knowing that everything was all talked through and completed face to face through several visits from Richard in Hereford.
I would recommend this company and Richard whom we dealt with personally, to anyone who maybe also thinking of preparing these things for the future.
