Incredible little device!! Amazing for spot cleans and more

Not sure why there are negative reviews honestly.. people clearly aren’t using the pre treatments and the product properly. Literally the best thing I have invested in for clothes care.. with expensive and delicate items in my wardrobe, usually dry cleaning was the only option, but I’ve had situations where they simply can’t get the stains out for whatever reason. With the pre treatment applied, the w’air device cleans out stains so well! I’ve had a stained Givenchy shirt which the dry cleaners tried 4/5 times at cleaning including washing (warning me of shrinkage due to it being cotton) and this device has cleaned out the stains after a few repeated attempts and scrubbing in the pre treatment rather than applying standalone!! This will be my go to for any delicates cleaning. Haven’t tried it on my trainers yet but imagine it will be just as good. Anyone complaining about the lack of an app clearly needs to get their head out of a phone. There is in fact a YouTube tutorial for retailers but it only goes over what is written in the accompanying booklet and is fairly common sense in any case. Can’t believe this doesn’t have a higher profile.

W'air...Thought I'd give it a go

W'air...Thought I'd give it a go
Was on offer at a massive discount but that does tell me that maybe it didn't take off as it was on discount dragon for £19.99 Thought it may be worth a try though.
The box looked fancy, the device looked sturdy.
However I don't like the water tank it feels like it could break easily. Then there's the retractable hose that the nozzle is fixed to. Well, mine won't retract. It's been a long day so I'll try again in the morning. The app promised doesn't exist. The instruction manual is style over substance. Just cleaned a couple of items and yes it's good how the stains disappeared and it's kinder on fabric than scrubbing. The other item I tested to refresh I'll see in the morning. Would have been 4 stars of the retractable hose actually retracted, to get 5 it would need a more sturdy water tank and instructions that are more detailed. It'll probably pay for itself in terms of savings on dry cleaning. Also if I'm running the washing machine less, that's good too. The less money I give the energy companies the better! W'air, almost brilliant and a bit frustrating because of a few little issues.

Disappointing… on the market far too soon

I was really hoping for this product to be what it says on the tin. It arrived is speedy time, packaged well but all this information saying to download the app. No app to be seen anywhere. Apparently we can find the information out on the website as to what solutions to use … no information except to down load the app.
Try to get through to someone on their instagram for help. I heard posting stories but not answering messages.
The machine itself is well built but no where near enough pressure to clean a shoe! I think I would have been much happier if I would have at least got a response from them. Very disappointing, really feels as though this product was pushed into the market too soon.

Hi Zara, I am sorry you have had issues reaching us via Instagram. This channel may not be checked for responses. We can be contacted via info@justwairit.com and I would be very happy to offer some advice on cleaning sneakers. We also have a Sneaker Laundry in Westfield West London if you are in the area and would be happy to offer a live demo and explain why the pressure cannot be too high. If I can help please do get in touch. Best Helen

The Wonder of W'air

Purchased after a personal recommendation and I wasn't disappointed. Easy to read user guide instructions and app, then ready to go. As a spot cleaner, it completely removed Marmite and butter stains from clothes within seconds so saved the need for washing. Then tried on refreshing cushions, the dog bed and footstools. All were left smelling refreshed. It is worth taking time to get the angle right and although it looks like you're soaking the fabric it dried quickly. This won't replace the washing machine but will be handy to use & the sustainability element is part of the appeal. It's worth the investment.

Pretty disappointed

Pretty disappointed. I had low expectations before purchasing, and it was even more disappointing that I had thought. It’s a great concept, but it doesn’t really do anything. It sprays air/water and has no stain removing power, or small marks. Even little marks that could be rubbed off with a cloth aren’t removed by the w’air. I wasn’t expecting a miracle but it just isn’t useful for me. £200 isn’t cheap either. Maybe this is good for things like sofas if you’ve just spilled something, I haven’t tried it, but even then you might as well use a cloth and water and save yourself the £200. This doesn’t clean items, not even close. I’m pretty sure they say this themselves, but if you’re buying this to replace a washing machine, even just to lower the amount of washes you do every week/month, I wouldn’t bother. I wouldn’t say it even “refreshes” clothing either. The detergent/treatments aren’t particularly cheap. If you’ve just spilled something, you’re better off cleaning it up straight away with a wet towel/cloth than getting the w'air up and running, not that it takes ages, but immediate cleaning after you’ve spilled something is pretty much the only use I can see out of this product, and with the time it takes to fill the tank with water, then detergent, then plug it in, wait for it to get started, the spill might have started to soak in already. And that certainly isn’t worth £200 in my books. Like I said it’s a great concept, but it just doesn’t work very well. Maybe I’ll revisit in a year or two and see if they’ve improved it, but as of right now I’m pretty disappointed.

Vehicle seating fabric - VW campervan

I used the W’air to clean badly stained campervan seating - where kids, dogs and others had left a series of marks and stains. I was blown away by how well it dealt with the marks and left the fabric looking great. It was remarkably easy to use - and it air-dried quickly. It really worked a treat, very happy indeed.

When you start using it you won’t stop!

I bought it two months ago… best purchase ever! W’air is so easy to use, always ready for emergency but also great for removing that stain on the sofa that has been there for ages, but never enough time to do it all! W’air is always available, quick and efficient!
Even with the old stains, just use the right product and the result is great!

Easy to use and versatile !

Great device for use on multiple occasions. Used it on my trainers first and found it effective and easy to use. Then tried it on some carpet stains and it generally did a good job. Finally, it’s really good for freshening up stuff - got the garden furniture cushions out of the loft and sprayed them down - it worked a treat and got rid of the mustiness immediately.

Great customer service

Great customer service: I had an issue with my original device, but was able to get hold of the w'air team really easily and they dealt with the issue super efficiently by sending me a replacement device right away. Prompt service, great communication and problem quickly and easily solved, no hassle. Wish all customer service was like this!

Couldn't be without it now!

Really glad that I bought a w'air. It's perfect for keeping things fresh inbetween washes and I can't quite believe how good it is at removing stains! I'm definitely using the washing machine less. I use it on so much...clothes, sofa, bedding and more! Couldn't be without it now. Super quick and easy to use too.

This is a fantastic tool to have in…

This is a fantastic tool to have in store, especially as we have many situations where customers try on clothing and make up and other marks will be created on the product. The W'air is simple and effective and has helped to decrease the amount of defective stock we would usually have in store.

Good bit of kit for a sneaker cleaner

Good bit of kit for a sneaker cleaner.

Works really well on all shoe materials, detergent smells amazing.

The sneaker cleaning handbook and support from sole purpose has been great.

Only thing I would suggest is to make the device slightly more powerful.
