Have puncher on one of the new tyres only six days after fitting

Following a blowout, the AA recovered my vehicle to the Just Tyres Amersham branch for a tyre replacement and tracking. Unfortunately, while performing the tracking, the staff damaged my vehicle's front left CV boot.
While Amersham admitted fault and sent the car to their Chesham branch with assurances that qualified technicians would handle it, the subsequent "repair" was shockingly negligent.

The Reality of the Repair:
The car did not drive correctly afterward. An inspection by a qualified independent mechanic revealed a completely botched job:
The main CV boot clip was entirely missing.
There is clear evidence the boot may never have been replaced at all.
This negligence has now caused further severe damage, meaning the front left CV joint and wheel bearing both require full replacement.

Zero Customer Support:
Despite raising a formal complaint and making multiple attempts to contact Just Tyres customer service, I have been met with total radio silence. I am currently left with a damaged vehicle and a company refusing to take accountability. Avoid at all costs.

Did a great job at short notice, Newbury branch, sourced and fitted 4 tyres inside 24 hours. The tyres were not a common size.

everyone who reading this comment never use this company for your car tyres because they don't put back the locking wheel nut back on your car my was missing and they not taking liability manager was not polite a disgraceful company can't be trusted with your car locking nut. i would call them a cowboys company no safety is involved at all. so if you don't want your car wheels falling off don't use this disgraceful company.

The booking was easy, they had good tyre stock to ensure the date was next day and when I turned up at my appointment, the tyres were changed very quickly.

Good service and advice. Sorted slow punture rather than change for the sake of, and moved new tyres to most needed. Spot on!

Easy online ordering and booking appointment, competitive price with a online discount, friendly staff. The one down side is the size on the business unit and parking.

I was able to book a slot for the next day after being let down by my local garage. Got there earlier than the time slot but they were happy to start on it 1st chance they had. All done within the hour and the car is driving much better on the new tyres. Friendly staff and very helpful. Thank you Just tyres and staff at King David fitters. Great service
