Scratched my wheel when removing the old tyre. Also tyre selection wasn’t very good. Would go elsewhere. Usually go to total tyres but at that point in time they didn’t have any tyres available for my car so had to come here.

I had an early morning appointment and was served within minutes of the doors opening.
The service is fantastic by the staff there.

First time using Just Tyres and it won't be the last. Very competitive pricing, easy ordering and booking process. Excellent service from the fitting depot. Left my vehicle and picked it up later, ready to go.

Letchworth fitted the tyres the wrong way around between front and back as they were different sizes. lodged a complaint in November with video evidence and been trying to follow up with them ever since. Only found during BMW service months later - cost me £130 at BMW to get the tires put on the right wheels. no sign of any recompense yet 9 months on. Local team have been trying to help but zero customer service or communication from their Central management teams. 9 months to fail to deal with a simple complaint is pathetic.

I came to change my front tyres ,during that job my master nut key was shaped,I had to go to other tyre company to get rest of my nuts taken off and pay £50

They got me an appointment the same day, they fitted the tyres very quickly, they were very reasonably priced and very professional!
Very happy with the service I received and I will be using them again.

Two front tyres and tracking needed. Chris and his team were exceptional. Kept to the booked time. Courteous and professional in all dealings. Problem found with tracking on car and quote to rectify offered. I chose to do myself so took the vehicle away then returned two days later enquiring about a slot to do tracking. Chris looked at diary and said ‘ if you can wait 10 mins I’ll do it today. Perfect. So tyres and tracking sorted and utilised the £6 per tyre discount and Blue Light discount for tracking. Very good experience and a reminder why I take all your of our family cars to Chris at Just Tyres. Highly recommend.

If I could give this company zero stars, I would! Took my car in for new tyres and it turned out I needed new brake pads. Fine, as they showed me how bad they were. 2 weeks later, I took it to another garage for an MOT which failed because the calliper was losing brake fluid and apparently needed to be changed. The charge for this would have been in excess of £500, I took the car back to Just Tyres to speak to them about the calliper pipe they refused to look at it and also said it would need a new calliper but they wouldn’t be able to do it.

I took the car to SE Tyres in desperation and they looked at it and said that I didn’t need a new calliper, all that was needed was for the calliper pipe to be tightened up, which Just Tyres didn’t do correctly when they changed the brake pads and refused to check after the car had failed the MOT. Complete incompetence by Brian at Tonbridge Just Tyres and a lot of stress and inconvenience that was completely unnecessary. I will never go there again.

Helpful, friendly and very efficient. Reasonably priced too!

I booked and paid thinking they were a mobile tyre fitting company. When I realised they wasn't I called the Stourbridge office and explained my error. The gentleman was so helpful and understanding and apologetic even though my error. He advised for me to call Head Office which I did and the lady I spoke to r funded me immediately.
So I actually didn't use them but if I need new tyres I know where I am going in the future.

Have puncher on one of the new tyres only six days after fitting

Following a blowout, the AA recovered my vehicle to the Just Tyres Amersham branch for a tyre replacement and tracking. Unfortunately, while performing the tracking, the staff damaged my vehicle's front left CV boot.
While Amersham admitted fault and sent the car to their Chesham branch with assurances that qualified technicians would handle it, the subsequent "repair" was shockingly negligent.

The Reality of the Repair:
The car did not drive correctly afterward. An inspection by a qualified independent mechanic revealed a completely botched job:
The main CV boot clip was entirely missing.
There is clear evidence the boot may never have been replaced at all.
This negligence has now caused further severe damage, meaning the front left CV joint and wheel bearing both require full replacement.

Zero Customer Support:
Despite raising a formal complaint and making multiple attempts to contact Just Tyres customer service, I have been met with total radio silence. I am currently left with a damaged vehicle and a company refusing to take accountability. Avoid at all costs.

Did a great job at short notice, Newbury branch, sourced and fitted 4 tyres inside 24 hours. The tyres were not a common size.
Guys did a great job.
