Very helpful on the phone, easy to arrange and very reasonable price. The test is if you have to claim but hopefully I will not have to.

I expected this to be really hard work looking for travel insurance to cover medical issue. However this site just guides you easily through the process and the bonus is the prices and comparison are good too.

After using just travel for years we find the staff professionalism has depreciated dramatically and the prices far to high especially for regular customers.

The site was easy to organise my information and responses were quick.

I was able to select the best policy for us and would fully recommend Just travel

The site was easy to use and I was able to purchase my travel insurance at a reasonable cost.

Bought a worldwide annual policy through this company last year.Received renewal reminder about a month ago and went online to get a quote for when this one expires this coming week. It had gone up approximately 50% from what I paid last year despite no changes to my pre existing conditions. Wasn’t sure if I would be going away this year so held on until I was pretty sure. Just been online to check and confirm price again before I booked holiday and insurance has now gone up 150% on what I paid last year. Won’t be going away now as I’m not paying over £1K for a single trip policy and certainly not £2500 for an annual policy that was just over £1000 last year

Easy to use web site and more affordable for pre existing medical conditions.

We were just about to leave on holiday, 3 days before one of us was diagnosed with cancer. I called my travel insurance provider who instantly cancelled our annual policy.
Needless to say I was most upset until I was told about Just Travel. What knights in shinning armour. They covered us for our holiday at what we felt was a very reasonable amount.
We are now seriously considering using them to get an annual cover once we know out outcomes.

Member of staff was polite, knowledgeable and insurance cover was issued at a good rate.

A 1 star review for Just Travel. They are great when buying travel insurance as I have done for years but when you claim it is a different story entirely. They just wash their hands of you !! Will never use them again !!

Disappointing experience. My emailed quote increased by £25 overnight with no prior warning. The staff were unfriendly and showed no interest in honoring the original price or helping me out. I’ve decided to buy elsewhere—definitely wouldn't recommend if you're looking for consistent pricing.

I have used Just Travel Cover every time I've gone on a cruise as they are consistently helpful, efficient, good value and provide all the cover required as a disabled traveller. Big thanks to Precious and Katie.

What a terrible company my mother in law has used this company for many years and sadly they are linked to an awful company called Good2Go . My dad was sadly admitted to hospital and is really poorly so we have had to cancel our upcoming trip to celebrate her 80th birthday. I am her only family member as her son /my husband passed away and we were revisiting the place we all went together and wanted to remember our happy times. She was advised that she is covered for me daughter in law/ companion not being able to go but it had to be me who was poorly so she could claim (appaulling) and not my dad as not a direct relative how heartless and unsympathetic I would definitely avoid this company will never use them again.
