Very good system for tipping. Tips arrive promptly. My major concern is that, as an employee, I cannot see the gross amount tipped or any detail on the charges/fees deducted before the net amount is split. Obviously my employer can see this but I should be able to see this information with risking annoying my employer.
Use are terrible I get my tips 3 days later than my work colleagues shocking carry-on

The idea is lovely and so practical, but as an employee we never knew who managed the incomes and we used to receive our tips once a month or not even that. Will be nice if the employees could see how much they receive and how it is split between the staff.
