Very very slow postage
Very very slow postage. Poor communication sadly.
While I understand that sometime life takes over. When running a business, customer care is important
I had to chase this order, and it was a gift, so I was disappointed.
The sign itself is nice, so it’s a shame that the customer service lets it down.

Fantastic customer service
Fantastic customer service, kind and friendly. I misplaced a part of the item I purchased. I contacted the seller who immediately sent me out a replacement. I couldn’t be happier with the look of the finished product. I would highly recommend and I will definitely be using this company again.

Nordic Star
I follow just saying designs on instagram and I had messaged to ask why the online store was closed, it was because she had taken all her Christmas orders. I was asked what I was looking for and it was one of the beautiful Nordic Stars. Lauren was so lovely that she managed to squeeze my order in, super grateful and my Nordic Star is absolutely beautiful. Would highly recommend :)
