BUYER BEWARE.

BUYER BEWARE.. I had the same experience as everyone else it seems; these people may try to scam you. I ordered a bridle in May (that was supposed to be in stock), was told they had to order it from the manufacturer and there would be a delay, and was then told several times over the course of the next 6 months it should be arriving soon.
I finally called it in November and asked for a refund, as the bridle was clearly not coming. I was told I would receive a refund, however, it never came. I followed up several times over the next 3 weeks inquiring about the refund, to no response (tried email, phone call, live chat). Luckily I was still able to decline the charge with Visa!! This company made it clear they would have continued ignoring me and not given a refund otherwise.

SCAM !!!

SCAM !!! I ordered from them, waited for a month for the item, haven't received it, asked for a refund, haven't received it. It's been over two months. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!! I have reported them to some of the brands they claim to retail, we'll see what happens.

If I could give 0 stars I would. ordered 3 pairs of makabee breeches ON SALE (so i assumed they would defiantly in sock. Ordered on 11h April and then after endless promises and lies form Agnieszka in "customer service" on 4th July i finally cancelled... still waiting on a refund( its 06.08.23) and am very worried they will not provide. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!

Absolutely awful customer service. Buyer Beware!!

I urgently needed a girth for my horse, ordered from this site (luckily paid by PayPal) the girth wasn’t even in stock and had a 6-8 weeks wait which wasn’t on the site when I ordered and paid. I have now had to make a PayPal claim as they won’t even refund me for an item they didn’t even have

Equiline Tailcoat Cadence customised

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!!! So I was excited to order finally a tailcoat, it was always my dream and in that moment I wasn’t looking if the website was fake, didn’t look on the Impressum so, I ordered this tailcoat on the 13 of march and it was expected that it comes in June. Obviously it didn’t so I wrote on the 18.6 that if they can’t send it this week we go to the lawyer. EXACTLY THAT DAY it went into production (I found out by getting into contact with Equiline) I started to text almost every day and today it finally came. I was happy that all the details were correct but I do not recommend to do buy from that store because they took the advantage by saying “it is a customised product, we can’t cancel it” and if it’s not customised I would guess you would never get it

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!
Ordered a riding hat early March costing £1300 was told 6 weeks to arrive. It is now June and still not received it . The company doesn’t respond to emails , phone calls or live chats ( stayed on a live chat for 2 hours - no one joined) in the end had to raise an incident with PayPal ( method of payment I used ) . They contacted the company - still no reply! PayPal has thankfully given me the money back and has taken up a case with the company for the money back. An absolute joke of a company please don’t buy from them !!!!!!!!!!

Waited over 60 days for an item

Waited over 60 days for a parcel. In the end I had to cancel the delivery. Awful service. They made up every excuse as to why my parcel hadn’t been sent yet. Automated emails which I couldn’t reply to. Managed to receive the same product within days from another company. Stay away. I would give zero stars if possible
