Had a minor issue with my order of parts, sent an email to JRI explaining the issue and received a response from Steve the next day stating they'd sort it out no questions asked and new item was in the mail. Correct item received a few days later, Happy days! Excellent customer service and part quality! Would highly recommend JRI!
Placed order on 4-24-2022 as of 5-6-2022 cannot get a response on potential ship date. This order is simply a frame no build or component additions. Contact three times with no response.
Steve called me direct to explain the issues. Explanations were understandable. Offered to either refund my money or wait. I chose to wait.

Hands down the best quality and nicest looking bike I have ever purchased. Used it to commute 20km each way for over a year and not once did it give me trouble. The team backed the bike and carried out servicing (in Melbourne only) without extra fee. Very good value all around
