Very happy with product and the quality appears good and a very reasonable price delivery was fast but not informed that delivery was split into three parts on the same day so luckily I was still able to take delivery with only one part delivery giving a time slot , apart from that all else seems good

The order didn’t arrive when it should but their customer services team are excellent. Have bought many radiators from this company and highly recommend

Everything went smoothly, from placing the order to communicating with customer service. Ellie was particularly friendly and helpful. I would definitely order from them again!

I ordered 7 Colum Radiators, i called the call centre and requested a delivery not next day but the following week, this was not a problem and the Ellie sorted it out, all were delivered with no damage, on fitting the plumber highlighted i would need feet for one of them as it was a stud wall, i ordered the feet after the 12.00 deadline for next day but the feet turned the next morning meaning i could get the job done in the same time the plumber was doing the job. Great service would definitely use again.

Called into shop and picked a radiator in the morning and the following day was delivered plus fitting. One stop shop for radiators all colours, shapes and sizes helpful staff recommend a visit if your in the market for a change of radiator.

I don't normally leave reviews, but Daisy on the online chat service made my whole experience so easy that she deserves recognition.

I'm hopeless when it comes to finding the right products on websites, especially when there are technical specifications involved. Daisy was incredibly patient, helpful and efficient throughout. She quickly found me a beautiful anthracite radiator, then made sure I had the correct valves and pipe sleeves to match, so I knew everything would fit together properly.

She also pointed me towards a discount simply for subscribing to the website, which was a nice bonus.

Good products, competitive prices, well packaged. Chose this company as I could get all 3 items from one source. Very helpful lady on the phone, setting up my delivery date requirements, BUT, the 3 items all came on different dates, only one on the arranged date. Other than the latter, for which I have deducted a star, everything is installed and working fine.

Easy to order. Great website. We're delighted with our Aged Brass column radiator. The only slight niggle is the 2 L shaped bracket that hold the radiator to the wall at the top are silver. Which we don't like. The bottom brackets are aged brass like the radiator, so its seems strange to supply Silver ones where it is quite noticeable.

Super quick response from the team (Daisy). When the product I wanted wasn’t available in time, Daisy was quick to find an alternative solution and to update our order. Very happy.

I paid for a radiator which you told me, the next day, wasn't available so I ordered a second one that you'd recommended Which also wasn't available so I asked for a refund which you promptly paid.

Delivery was fine, but there was a slight chip on one corner. Couldn't be bothered to return it so will touch it up with rad paint.

Just to say a super job all round. Ellie coordinated the selection, ordering and delivery with both a clear service focus, but with a really happy and friendly style - it’s the third time I’ve used the store, but my first review. The radiator was exactly As hoped, and better.
