Good service. Quick payouts. I've had a little trouble. A few of the payouts didn't work, and they never rectified it. That's on them. They lose a star for that.

Other than that, they do pretty well. I've made a few dollars. Not much, though. There are other services that pay out more. This one is the most consistent.

Whilst it's okay and you do get to cashout the amount of adds are shocking, sometimes you load up a game just to get an add straight away and even when you say your not interesting in a certain add, you still get that add, would be better if you got a different add.

Great app to play some great games and my some cash while enjoying your favorite games.nothing like making a little extra cash while playing the games you love playing.

I had to switch phones and now I can't cash out because my PayPal is linked to my old phone. I will edit my review and give 5 stars if they fix and allow me to cash out.

There are several issues with this game platform one is there's no customer service to help you secondly they've initiated you don't get paid until we get your picture I can't do that I have a very inexpensive phone and it will not take the quality picture they request but there's nobody to talk to about it and they won't get back to you so therefore I've got 15 months stuck in their pocket I'm disabled I count on all the money that I make playing games doing surveys in order to survive I'm done playing with this company you might want to think twice before you go to work with them

First week is ok , then they start not paying tasks and claim broke terms of service but can never tell you what you did wrong, it's a massive scam

It a true pay off company. You don't make much right away but depending on how much you play depends on how much you make . You need a PayPal account if you need cash or you can chose useable gift cards. You don't really have to pay for any extra on games unless you want to doesn't make a difference . It's the commercial you watch that matter. Have loads of fun and make some money

Please stop lying telling us there’s a $50 bonus . That’s a lie you will download and play each game on daily challenge for $1-$3. Valid app but STOP lying .

I have been trying since Christmas to cash out. I have contacted them several times through the app and emails with no help whatsoever.
So frustrating that they are unwilling to pay out and when that 3 hour clock just goes back to beginning instead of cashing out!

I’ve been playing JustPlay since November 2022. I’ve earned £1,069.49 in this time. In the last few weeks they’ve asked I scan my face etc. this then says it doesn’t recognise or can’t validate me. So now I have £40+ sat in my account I cannot withdraw as I used to before. You can’t speak to a human to help you !! Absolutely appalling when I’ve been using the app for 3 years!

When I first started using JustPlay, I had no complaints about it. One million coins usually converted to $1 USD, sometimes even a little more. Now, it's unreliable. My friend had over 2 million coins and got $0.07 USD. How is that fair!? There used to be a conversion rate chart in their terms of service but I haven't been able to find it. How convenient. A year ago I had no problems earning $12 USD every day. Now, I can barely earn $6. Also, please stop having those Surge events because I NEVER get the surge amount shown. I've also noticed the amount you get for watching an ad varies from user to user. My friend gets 120,000 coins per video, someone on Facebook said she gets 50,000 coins per video, and I only get 6,000. Inconsistent with what it offers. I'm moving on from JustPlay because it's not worth it anymore.

The ads on this game were insane. Literally about every 2-3 moves on the more then 10 games I was required to download. Had to complete about 24 different tasks to receive $0.01... I deleted it.
