I ordered a Bramblecrest garden set (which I’m absolutely delighted with) but unfortunately the table top arrived damaged (down to delivery company) so I sent an email that evening. I had a call first thing the next morning and couldn’t believe it when they said they’d drive to Scotland the next day and deliver a replacement! I really didn’t expect them to do this and was happy to wait but they insisted. True to their word they drove up, delivered and fitted the replacement top and provided regular updates throughout. Above and beyond my expectations. An excellent customer service experience. I was told ‘it’s just what we do’ - and they absolutely did!

Purchased a Bramblecrest cushion box in May, the initial communication wasn't great and I had to call a few times to check when it would be delivered - though I know too that there are issues with container prices going through the roof since CV19 - received the box but one or two bits of webbing on the inside was split so we called them. They had another box in stock so drove out early on the Sunday morning and he rebuilt the box for us. Excellent service making sure we were happy customers, especially as these boxes aren't cheap.
