I informed you on May 12th that I received three perfumes, and on May 19th I received one perfume. I did not receive the Asrar perfume at all.I paid £35 for the perfume but I haven't received it.

Amazing perfumes

It was easy to order and delivery was quick and kept me informed regarding delivery. I have just placed another order for perfume which makes it 10 bottles of perfume. I've tried 3 different perfumes and have loved all 3. They make great gifts for my family and friends. I will no doubt be trying another scent as the prices are amazing for the quality of perfumes

Order never received

Order never received. Despite paying for next day delivery package never arrived. Whilst this was the fault of Royal
mail Just my look did nothing to support advising I have to wait 10 days for them to be able to log a claim with the royal
Mail. I would advise not making the customer wait whilst you resolve your issues with Royal Mail. just my look will be compensated by the Royal
mail so why not do the right thing by the customer and reissue the order or offer a refund?
