I had an appointment with Richard to remortgage, initially everything went to plan the meeting was booked, had my meeting and was told he would be in touch to provide me with the offers. I waited and waited he never got back to me, i called and emailed and no response. This has meant i have now had to sort everything my self with weeks to spare and having to pay to get another valuation done as mine has now expired! This is the second time I have spokrn to Kyle. The first yime I wadn't in a position to buy but now I am. Both times Kyle has been fri3ndly, knowledgable and realistic in his comments and advice. This time he found me a mortgage that I'm happy with quickly and has bern helpful with lots of other adpects of the property buying process. I am really pleased with the help he had given me and feel that I can ring him and ask about anything, even if it might not be specifically part of his role. Thank you very much.
