We get our milk every month. Always on time friendly delivery people. Lovely milk .

Quick delivery, very friendly delivery man, great product

Always on time mon to friday.I did have over week end once. They don't normally deliver.
I get 6 bottles at a time. Just re order when i down to last couple. And ainknow it be herevwhen I need it.

Delivered ok, milk has great taste,still got 4 left.

The quality of the milk and the flavour is fantastic.
The delivery was extremely prompt and efficient, plus.. were kept informed about what was happening and were prepared to receive it.
The advantage of buying from you , means I don't need to keep running out to replenish my fridge!

Easy to order, always delivered on time.

My first order of milk and the courier delivered 1 box in good condition and the other box was all bust open. The milk had leaked all over the box as it wasn't packaged well (box too big for the packs of milk). However, the courier took the parcel back and customer services had sorted the matter out promptly. They offered a replacement, which had arrived within a few working days, just like the first order. Still not packaged correctly, however, not leaking. All in all, I'd still recommend this company and highly rate it.

Unfortunately package arrived damaged with a bottle of milk leaking

The milk is absolutely fine but the delivery was terrible and the customer support doesn't seem to exist.
Got a dispatch email on Monday 16th and contacted them on Thursday 19th as I hadn't received it and the tracking said it was at the delivery depot on Wednesday.
No answer from Just Milk either through email or on Facebook so contacted the courier. They said it would be delivered next day (Friday).
Friday came and still no movement on tracking so I emailed the courier again and they said the wrong van driver had collected the parcel so it wouldn't be delivered now till Monday (today).

Not blaming Just Milk for the delivery as it was the courier's fault but totally blaming Just Milk for the impossibility of getting in touch with them. It shouldn't have to be the customer but the sender chasing up the courier.
I subscribed to the monthly deliveries and was ok paying a bit extra to guarantee not running out of milk as my local supermarket is unreliable with lactose free stocking, but if JUST MILK is going to be just as unreliable (even if through their couriers or lack of customer support) I may as well just save the extra money and shop locally.

Efficient service. Delivery was on time and the product has a good quality

The delivery of the milk was very good with no complaints at all, however when ordering on the website there was no opportunity to give my house number to the postcode. This led to me contacting customer services, though quick to respond, they were not very good at sorting the problem with 2 agents contacting me and they didn't seem to know what was going on.

Excellent supply and overnight delivery and notice when they are coming, just brilliant.

Great milk, it tastes like fresh milk, is sweet and was delivered super fast! I ordered a large quantity and have it stored, so that I do not have to carry milk home and do not have to anticipate stock issues in my local stores. I don't know why it needed to be delivered in large cardboard boxes though... save the trees?!
